I just received my sigelei "Bagua" model - which is not a true clone by any means.

I was very excited to have a mech device with adjustable airflow control.
To my dismay - I found that the airholes in the top cap are not for air intake - they are for BATTERY VENTILATION!!
This device has a control ring to close off battery ventilation. The device has no other means of battery ventilation.
NEVER CLOSE THESE HOLES OFF!
Why would a manufacturer design a device that you can close off the battery ventilation??!!
Sadly - this is very easy to do as well.
Suppose you were to take off the top cap - by grabbing the top, you grab the protruding vent hole control ring and start unscrewing. Well, the ring backs to the top of the cap and closes off the vent holes.
If you forget to open those vent holes and the battery fails and decides to vent - this can be a major safety hazard.
I emailed the vendor from whom I purchase two of these from and made them aware.
I urged them to contact sigelei as well.
