Sigelei Head threads vs Nemesis threads?

I am trying to do a hybrid mod on a sigelei #19, similar to the SG-1 mod. My (no longer) stock 510 conn & delrin are ground and I don't want to chop up my original head. I saw an adapter for 510 to Nemisis (for $2.50) that looks like a possible way to do it, but couldn't find any mention on thread sizes for both the Nemisis vs the Sig. Does anyone know if it would work?

Pretty sure the threads are not the same. Have a 19 and have seen the nemesis they don't look comparable. Believe me if they were they would mention that.
