Not sure how to take the magnet assembly off of the nzonic. If my photo is attached it is the one on the right.

I was talking about taking the whole assembly off the Nzonic head and swapping it with one from the other head. Grab the white plastic pieces with pliers and turn counter clockwise. They will unscrew and you can swap the one from the original head to the Nzonic head if you are using the Nzonic head to replace the head on a different mod.

I finally got my #19, and all I read how to fix it went out the window, have to re-read and hope I can do this. Tested it out, squeaky threads (Vaseline helped) but to fire it up...wow, wonky squeaky button and mis-fires. I'm getting butterflies thinking how to do this. I am not mechanical by any means..but will give it a try. Thanks goodness for these threads. :)

Check out this post from the #19 thread if you want to turn it into a true magnetic switch, and he even got rid of the spring in the cap I think.

My number 8 button gets quite hot. Any tips? I have sanded the top contact point and the place where the switch touches the bottom cap

It's in the tutorial 8 posts before yours. You have to sand the chrome from the inside of the button housing as well as from the entire switch post. Make sure all parts are very clean and use some conductive grease when reassembling. I use NoOxId "A-Special" grease.

I am planning on getting a number 19 and one more I can't decide on the number 20 (I love the small form factor) and the number 8. I am not afraid of modding these as I will be with the number 19. I will be using aga t2's with .8 to 1 ohm coils on ss mesh wicks with imr batteries. For the 20 i really wany it but I am afraid I won't be able to get it to perform well enough to handle my ohms, and I am pretty sure I can get the 8 running well with some modification. So does anyone have any advise for me on either or even another that might be better?

I don't have the 19 or 20 yet, but I have an 8 and I run an aga-t2 at .8-1 ohm coils. With very little modding it Vapes really well. All I did was sand the contacts and it is great!

I'd say go with the 8 over the 20. Really fragile switch on the 20. Mine misfired within 2 hours after I got it and now I need to find some parts to fix it. I have a feeling the button on my kts might work. Sad that it looks so nice and is designed so poorly. OTOH The 8 is a solid mod with a few previously posted tweaks and raders blog post covers it expertly. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...93-modding-sigelei-8-maximum-performance.html

Sadley the stock pin from the #8 is not long enough in the enzonic clone head. I have some brass rod here, if need be, off to the hardware store. Putting this nzonic on my #8 sig, its sunday and i am bored. Yes the magnet that comes on the nzonic is a pita.

If you don't mind me asking what gauge wire and how many wraps are you using?
