Mixing batteries of different capacity ratings is an unsafe practice. I haven't tried it and don't think it is even possible to do so with the four battery sizes used in the Sigelei Vmax Telescopic.
Yeah, I dont think different battery sizes would even fit if you tried.
I'm debating on getting one of these... Was watching videos on them last night and almost pulled the trigger but I have a vamo on the way so that should hold me over for a second... Anybody have any insight in the differences between the two
Have they fixed the crooked screen. This is the only thing keeping me from buying one. Little things like that drives me nuts

I was considering buying the Sigelei or the Vamo, both look good and are reasonably priced, but I think the Sigelei has the edge, especially as I have found a site that supplies it in a kit (batteries, chargers etc.) will order one when the next paycheck comes through.

Wow lots of rave reviews here -I had my eye on the SVD for my first mod, but after all the positive comments here, I'm going to have to seriously consider the Sigelei!
You might want to hold off on that T-max just yet . I have one , and there has been a lot of issues with the connector coming unscrewed , when removing a clearomizer , like a T3 . Some discover what's happening before the wire breaks . Some don't . Then only option is returning to vendor for a refund . V2 , when it comes out , should be a lot better . If your OK with using a 510 to Ego adapter on everything , then go for it . Other than the connector issue , they work fine .
What are mods and whats the big deal about them.

Congrats Squirmy, I got my Segelei ZMAX V3 Telescopic about a month ago. I'm using it with an iClear 30, Kanger Pro Tank, Vivi Nova Mini and a number of clearomizers. It's fantastic. One nice thing is that the well is large enough to take any clearomizer including the Kanger T3. My son has a Tesla and it's really nice but his well is just a tad too small to take the T3. I like being able to use one 18350 and keep it short and compact. Just a little comment from another Michigan native.

Me too, I could not live with a crooked display! So made a comment on the order screen to check display and make sure it was straight before shipping.
Well I pulled the trigger on a zmax today (not telescoping, but standard 18650 stainless version) from varitube.com for $76 shipped with batteries, charger, and both end caps with coupon code varitube10 at that price I couldn't NOT get it! I believe the v3 telescope is the same price as a partial kit.
