sigh.... getting my REO mini tmrw but

my atties from avidvapor haven't even shipped! sigh......

i ordered everything i needed on the same day... and i have yet to receive a tracking number from avidvapor.. i thought this was normal because my order status on their website says "complete" so i assumed everything was all good..

then i asked someone here on ECF and they said Avidvaper does mail out tracking numbers... emailed customer service way earlier today with no response..so even if they send it out tomorrow...they're from the east coast and i'm from cali.. so i'll prob get it Monday

sigh =( i hate it when i'm anticipating / looking fwd to something and then............................
i find out i gotta wait even longer!

They have had some problems with their last batch of attys not fitting REO's (and some other mods). Ikenvape is having similar problems. They are testing each one sent out to make sure they fit. I guess it's slowing down shipping. I had to return 4 attys over a week ago, and I still don't have replacements.

Even if you get a tracking number that doesn't mean it shipped. Lots of companis print a shipping label then sit on the package.

Avid has never been fast for me, 2 days longer then nomal is about the speed of my last 4 orders.

To put it in perspective, Mr reo took 2 weeks to get here after I paid for it, rob was slow to answer emails and after 3 he realized he never mailed it.
Stuff happens, and I feel your pain.

I got my latest batch of 1.8s last friday. When I ordered the was a check box "is this for a reo". All mine fit fine

Out of 3 orders each to IKV and AVID....Here's the "average" amount of days from order till delivery...

IKV 7 days...Avid 8 days. Neither of which qualify as "fast" in my book...

Of course taking 2 or 3 days before "actual shipping" doesn't help...

ikens dont come with primer, as far as I can recall...Ive used them numerous times.

Also, if you checked the "i will be using these with REO mods" box, we all had to expect some kind of delay. That will require some form of checking and fixing.

Hope you get it sorted soon. I have always had next day shipping from both companies, so sorry to hear of these other issues.

Apparently I'm in the minority because most everyone else gets theirs from these two places twice as fast as I do. Its not limited to these two vendors. Same thing when I order from Don, at BWB. 5 to 6 days most times before I have my order. I just placed an order at IKV this morning. I used "Priority" because of the past times. When I get my shipping notice I will post it for you.

I know "bad" feedback isn't good to hear when your expecting something timely. I've never been one for blowing sunshine though...just the facts...

I just checked the tweets on ikv's site and my order from this morning is ~200 order's "back" from the last one shipped today. IE they take about 150-200 orders a day and ship about 100. I doubt my order will ship till Friday at the earliest. I'll see it around next Tuesday or Wed if I'm lucky... This is why its imperative to ensure you have several "back-ups" on hand. Don't ever let yourself get down to a couple extras. I had a brand new ikv and a cisco both die after 8-10 puffs a few mornings ago It was a good thing I had a bunch of cartos and some good used backup attys...

i just ordered 2 x 2.0 306's, and 2 x 1.8 510's, 2 x 2.0 510's from Ikenvaper right now. hopefully i get them in a week >.<


these stealth atties look cool, hopefully i don't have trouble with squonking since the tips aren't clear/see-through and because i'm new to atties/reo's

Squonking doesn't require seeing anything. Its an art we call "blind squonking". Prime your atty with driptip on and 6-8 drops of juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Apply about 3 more drops, and vape a few hits. At the FIRST signs, which are...a "hiss" when you take the vacuum (caused by drawing on the DT) off the driptip, and a nasty burnt taste..do the following. Put your lips back on the DT and act like your taking a hit w/out pressing the switch. While drawing on the DT give the bottle a moderate to firm quick squeeze (unless your using a high vg juice, then it takes a little longer squeeze). As soon as you "feel" the change in "pressure/suction" caused by the juice entering the feed hole in the atty immediatley let off of the "squeeze", and vape. a few hits and repeat. Soon it will become "second nature" and you'll repeat the process w/out even thinking about the actions.
