sigh.... getting my REO mini tmrw but

In Avid's defence, they shipped my attys out to me the next day.

I placed the order on 22nd. The attys were shipped out on the 23rd, and arrived on the 31st (I'm on the other side of the world). My Reo Grand was actually shipped out before the attys but I received them a day after I received the attys. Go figure.

Also, the tracking seems to be broken. Both the packages are still in "JAMAICA, NY 11430" at the moment, according to the USPS tracking info

Sorry about your experience. I usually order my atties and they have shipped in an average of 2-4 days. I'm sure memorial day might have affected their operations a bit but you'll get a tracking # soon enough.

Recheck your email...they shipped really fast for me. I ordered on Monday, and got a shipping notice later that day, so they have been shipping. It looks like they took it to the post office on Tuesday, and I'll have it tomorrow (I'm in the same state though).

For some reason shipping between NY and FL is dreadfully slow- even with Priority Mail. I can get packages to the west coast in 2 days, but it's at least 3-4 to FL. Utah, and Wyoming are giant time sucks too.

For international packages- if your package was last scanned in Jamaica, NY it's leaving the US on it's way to you- that's where JFK airport is. After that it drops off the radar until it gets to you. International shipping times vary a lot- even if you consistently ship to the same address sometimes it gets there in a week, sometimes it takes a month. We had one that was going to Singapore- and it eventually got there with official stamps from Romania, and South Africa all over it. It took the long way that time.

Even if your atty's don't get there- use what you've been using. That way you can have an even test of the REO difference.

I am sure some of these company's only ship certain days of the week understandable with they amount of orders they have to deal with

ya i know.. my reasonable self understands that vaping is still a small niche business.. but the eager side of me doesn't want to be reasonable ;D

Yup. I've conditioned myself to not tracking my orders anymore, but couldn't help it with the Reo. Well worth it IMO

Just a suggestion here, this place has really fast shipping, the atomizers are pretty good too! Atomizers If you need some right away, then you might try it.

i just ordered 2 x 2.0 306's, and 2 x 1.8 510's, 2 x 2.0 510's from Ikenvaper right now. hopefully i get them in a week >.<


these stealth atties look cool, hopefully i don't have trouble with squonking since the tips aren't clear/see-through and because i'm new to atties/reo's

Just a side note, if you worried about primer just clean them first.

I steam clean all my attys when they come in

Joye, Cisco, IKV ... doesn't matter I clean them before I use them.
It takes just a couple of minutes and that way I am sure not to contract some Chinese disease

So I can pull a Joye atty out of my rack and it tastes great from hit #1

Anywho, carry on. Hope you find some attys to hold you over.

I am slightly depressed LOL I was suppose to order my reo mini yesterday but I found out that it takes three to five days to transfer money from you bank account to paypal I didnt know this as this is the first time I have had a paypal account. Guess I will know in the future So it will be a few more days before I order my reo mini Life sucks. On a somewhat brighter note I have ordered my batteries charger and cartomizers and driptips today so they will be here when my reo comes

ooohhhhh that sounds like a nice idea.. may i ask what do you use and do to steam clean them? only thing i know bout steam cleaning is for my carpets ;D sounds waaaaayyyyy better than puffing away on nasty primer for an hour.. and i'm not a hardcore vaper neither.. so i can imagine it'll taste nasty the whole day if i have to go through that

I actually have a special pair of pliers for it.

I took an old pair of pliers and while closed piled on a bunch of Silicone gasket maker.
Let dry, then cut down the middle with a razor blade.

Now i have a nice soft pair of "rubber" pliers so I don't scratch up my attys.
