My wife and I have both signed.. Told my family and friend to signed as well, even though the don't vape or smoke.. This still needs to be an option no matter what
I haven't read all the details, I've been busy with work etc. Are they trying to outlaw ecigs and e juice?

Where do I find that personal freedom country where if I want to vape I don't have to grovel to Obama to let me vape in peace? I'd like to leave the USA and move there.
I seriously doubt Obama has anything to do personally with the FDA wanting to regulate ejuice and ecigs.
Given the state of things in the Middle Eastern and African countries, I would agree that the agenda of the FDA wouldn't even be near the top 100 issues of the Command and Chief. We'd like to think he cares since he's an (ex)smoker and it's an issue that effects us directly, but if/when you put things into perspective, you begin to understand why it's not a priority of the current administration. That's not to say that we can't get the attention of the executive and legislative branches of our government on this issue, but we do need to understand the other issues that consume the resources of our government in order to make our case stand out.
With that said, we do have an opportunity to tell the administration that this does matter to us, and everyone else who has a smoker or ex-smoker in their lives. Get everyone you know to sign the petition. Spread the word using Facebook, Twitter, and any other means necessary. We're off to a good start, but we should blow that minimum signing requirement out of the water to put the concern of the American people on record. I truly believe that it's only with popular public opinion that we stand a chance at influencing the regulatory agencies and getting them to see outside the bubble in which they usually operate.
Well, the petition is for the White House, so if you don't think Obama is involved or will get involved, what is the point in signing it?
I can't tell by your post if you're intentionally being a defeatist or not. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that if we don't use every means available to make our collective voices heard, then we fail. I don't know if this petition is going to make a difference, but I do know that being silent is not an option.
my dad, in his reading, told me that obama has used ecigs... I gave him all my 510 supplies, and now 2 weeks later he has a twist and kanger T3's... he took to it so quickly it makes me very happy! Not a single problem getting this stuff into mexico. Hes had 4 large orders come in without a hitch...
I really hope we get a response on this... Given the fact that tobacco products are available online (I buy cubans on a regular basis online, and I know you can buy non cubans in the US, so even with regulaiton, I think we will still be able to get liquid and hardware online...
The thing that concerns me however, is the notion that all these flavours are to attract children... you know how it is, United States of Save the Children. In all fairness, I tend to prefer tobacco vapes anyway. But jsut because sweeter flavours MAY appeal to minors, doesnt mean that as adults we shouldnt be able to make our own bloody choices... This s*&t pisses me off so much, that sometimes I think of just mustering up the will power, and getting off nicotine altogether. It seriously bothers me how much the government tries to deny us our free will. If it doesnt affect somebody else negatively, then there should be no issue whatsoever, but clearly the motivation behind alot of these regulations has noting to do with our well being whatsoever.

Are people sharing the link with their vendors? I've shared with the local B&Ms and I got Janty to share the link on their Facebook page. The juice companies are the ones that really need to have their customers sign.
