I just want to clarify a few things. Just to make sure my thinking about the SB is correct.

The SB can take 2 cr2 3.0 volt batteries to give me 6 volts - right? I have no interest in vaping at 3.7 volts. I don't have a problem if the batteries are unprotected cuz I think cr2 batts are unprotected.

I'm only interested in vaping with the 510 atty and the 801 atty. The SB has these adapters - right?

How is the SB on button pressing? Can you press anywhere on the button and it will fire? Or does it misfire occasionally when not pressing the right spot on the button?

I don't have to ask is it durable and will it last - I can already see it's a well thought out design and is durable.
As far as pushing the button, I have not noticed any dead spots. with this switch you could depress anywhere on the actuator. I use my thumb and surrond the whole switch, my thumb dimple will actuate the button. LOL 1/8 inch is not quite right Rob. Kinda in the 1/16 range :D

Sounded to me simply like it does not fire when you push it all the way in because you didn't push it "in the right spot"

Exactly!! I press all the way in and if it's not in the right spot - it will misfire and I have to re-press in the right spot to get it to fire.

It's a very popular model - so maybe I need just a learning curve to find that right spot. But it's frustrating at times. So that's why I'm asking.

PS: it's not the Janty Stick as I don't have one. And I don't have this problem with my GG.

If the SB has no dead spots as you call them Cd - then it sounds perfect for me. Thanks.

Yes 2x CR2 (presently) for 6v, while you can do that we don't recommend it and it will be use at your own risk (Due to them not being protected). We will be changing this in the future =P

Is there a way for you to explain what the future holds for the SB then with 6 volt vaping?

Or is dat secret stuff right now?? :)

Not a real secret, just want to get the first format out. As far as the 6v protected version I am looking into a couple different options, I am pretty sure of what I will do. It is how to sell it at a fair price. Anywho basically you will be able to purchase another lower case that is made to hold two CR123@3v protected for 6v or one 18650 for 3.7v. I had thought about an extender ring but I really think a two piece unit is best for durability. Hope this helps

Good morning,
The SB was designed for the18500 @ 3.7v. There is a percentage of people who like to vape at 6v, this is why i made it known that CR2 could be used. As far as the extender I am already working on that. The maximum battery size(or combo of two) is 19mm x 55mm. Yes the many different battery sizes are a pain, most modders want their mods to be different as you say we are competing. The SB itself produces plenty of vapor at 3.7 volts. 6v is an option only. If you like the taste of vaping at normal voltage and desire a long life battery, the SB kit is all you will need.
Glad to hear an extender of some sort is in the works.
What is the expected run time on the 18500 supplied with the SB?
And why only 1 battery with the kit? what are we supposed to do while it is charging?

The run time in the SB is well over 12 hours, I have only killed the battery once in the last month. I start at about 6:30am it died at about 2:30am the next day(fishing trip). Can not answer your question about only one battery :(

I never heard of a "kit" coming with only one batt...
139.00 dollars...
I don't think thats rite.
What if that batt is DOA?

Don't forget, these batteries are a bit more pricey than your regular 600 mah batteries. I included one to the kit to keep the cost down, @ $137.99, it comes with 1 battery. Yes other suppliers have 2-4 batteries with their mods but It's a bit different when the batteries that are coming with this mod are $7/pc compared to $2/pc. There will be an upgrade option to add a second battery to the kit for an additional $5, which is more than worth it.
