actually yes there would be in between the switch and battery bushing there is about .200in of room so just over 3/16in. Before you do that send me a pm i will give you my cell # and ill walk you through it.

thankx, this would be a good thing especially if you decide to make the longer case for a protected 6v setup, as two of the protected tenergy rcr123a's are just a hair too much for a 510 atty in a closed loop, imho. I'm fine with the unprotected cr2's, but the run time on the tenergys is superior to the ultrafires, even though the ultrafires claim to have a higher mah rating.

I dont know I think 3.7v is enough because these atties weren't made for higher voltage. Now on the other hand if Chad came up with a new atty design that could take 6v and last a long time Ill be all for the 6v option.
