Fixed my switch problem with sandpaper like del said in one of his videos and now it is smooth like butter....lol!!! No leaks after 13 hours of laying it down on its side. Will try 500 ss mesh unoxidized with 28g kanthal, 3/4 wraps later and tell you how it vapes. Once van can get a 6ml tank on this sucker, you won't need any other mod...ever!!

Please let us know, that is the setup I'm going to be using in mine

Ed, the 400 mesh and 30g kanthal that I have set up on it, is the crappiest wick/coil I've ever made and it still gives me thick clouds of vapor. This thing is idiot proof, my 3 year old daughter can probably make a better wick/coil...lol!!

I'm confused. I understand how its possible to create a setup without oxidizing the wick but I thought I heard Del say that shorts don't matter with this pv in particular? Did I hear that right and if so- How?and without protection? Maybe I'm halucihearing.

I believe but don't quote me on it.. That it has to do with the delrin isolation pieces.

unoxidized 500 ss mesh with 28g kanthal was way too much for me. Great vapor, but for some reason, not as much flavor as my 400 ss 32g set up. What I'm loving right now is the unoxidized 500 ss mesh with 30g kanthal. Best flavor and great vapor production. Just like the video Del made with the one second hits...

Width wise it was close to 8cm, length started at 10cm but I trimmed it down a bit eyeball level with the 500 ss mesh. I didn't want a hole in the center of the wick so I hand rolled it really tight. 3/4 wrap with the 30g kanthal. No oxidation needed, the flavor is much better. I do have hot spots but no metallic taste like other genisis types of rba's or hybrids. This dog is fool proof. I will be getting my Macaveli today and will do a quick comparison. They are two different beasts and both have strengths and weaknesses, but these two mods will be the only two that I care to own. I will try u-wick 400 ss mesh with 30g kanthal on Macaveli later today.

I have TN I just wanted to know what date it had on OB's TN (when it was processed in Croatia) so I would now how far behind mine is as we both live in USA

it did not say it shipped at all. Thats why I was surprised when I got the notice. It looked from the shipping update like it was still over there.
