Yes you can DIY with usp glycerin and flavorings but NOT with candy extracts or the flavorings you find in most grocery stores. Those flavorings have oil, coloring and too many additives.

For all things DIY head on over to the DIY ELiquid Forum. Read all the "stickies". Recommended Reading For People New to DYI

For a juice mixing calculator consider using eJuiceMeUp

Here are some threads you may like to read through for different flavoring companies. Many of the posts include recipes and comments about a specific flavor.

Yes, you can, but don't use candy extract :) The ratio depends on how concentrated your flavor extracts are. Maybe start at 5% flavoring and go up/down from there.

Also, it's going to be really thick. You may want to add a few drops of distilled water or saline solution to thin it out depending on what atomizer you're using.

Really bad idea to use food grade flavorings. They include things you don't want to vape - like food colorings and preservatives. The actual flavor concentration to alcohol/water ratio is too low and won't get you the results you desire. And additives like apple concentrate are high in sugar and will trash coils and wicks in a matter of hours.

There are reasons why the few companies that make food flavorings and vape flavorings make a separate line of flavorings just for vaping.
