Thank you dear, that means a lot :) I'm taking CeleXA & Xanax  (seriously!)
The ...... business is a real pain isn't it!
Hmm what to say.. aww hell.. who cares! I'm on lexapro and klonopin.. i have an appt. with dr though because since i quit.. i have had severe mood swings.. (if it was a slow progression i would think peri-menopause, but it came on like a freight train) i read that cigs have MAOI's? I dunno.. just wondering if there's a connection..
i would love to not take meds but my genes suck lol

Yeah, mine too, whole lotta family history there! Gotta love'em though:laugh:
Seriously tho'; if you are completely off the cigs then yeah, that might have an affect. So many of us have been "self medicating" with cigarette's I think without even realizing it. Oh and ummm... on the menopause, heh heh That can kind of "hit like a freight train" - experience talkin' here:laugh: Pretty sure I'm done but it has taken over 10 YEARS!!!

Oh! And I was on Lexapro for years; asked the doc to take me off. So what does he do? Put's me on Prozac for some wierd reason & apparently I went beserk! Wow! I mean I came apart on everybody, even my boss:oops:!!! Went flying back to the doc & he says "humm, sounds like you've had a bad reaction"; thank goodness I didn't SAY what I was thinking when he said that:ohmy:
It's funny now but at the time not so much... REALLY didn't like myself much! Heh

Did you say ten years? As in.. a decade? Wow.
yes.. completely off as of the 2nd of this month. I know i self medicated.. it was my "collect myself" time. I have the luxury of vaping at work so i don't have a "vape break".. maybe i should try to do that and do a jedi mind trick on myself.

I learned that I like my twist/EVOD/lanyard setup so much that I refuse to take it off until I'm just about to enter the gym. I take a big hit and then whip it off and put it in my back pack.

I've also learned that my muscles are the parts of my body that are saying 'Enough! Stop!' instead of my lungs now. No 'just a few minutes' break while I try to control my breathing and resist the urge to cough.

I've also learned that I can make it 10 footsteps outside the gym door before I take a hit off of the before mentioned PV setup. Wow that MD flavor sure tastes good after a good workout.

A bad reaction.. hmph! Silly little doctor.. yeah.. it's definitely not fun.. i feel for my boyfriend the most.. he's on the receiving end sometimes and that appt. can't come soon enough because he is my rock of Gibraltar .. i feel horrible asking for forgiveness then asking for it again 5 mins later .. (please don't move to lounge mods.. i promise to stay on topic!)
I have learned that people are more understanding than we give them credit for..

Any discussion that you have on ECF automatically means you're going to order something. You come here....you buy more stuff.

Don't knock the Provari threads. When you look at $200 for Provari end cap set up and a $150 Zen Atty, a few batteries, chargers and juice you will always save more than the $6,000 you would have paid in cigarettes in Cook County Illinois because Rahm Emmanuel wants to take our cigs.... I have maybe $500 in vaping supplies since last year...$500 versus $6,000 for a 1.5-2.0 pack smoker in the house when name brand cigarettes are $13.

i have now learned that if i had just smoked more and lived in IL i could've bought a provari and broken even a couple of months ago.

After vaping awhile...if you go to ePipeMods you'll start having pipe envy and thinking about how cool you'll look with a Sherlock Holmes style pipe.

That place is dangerous! More than once I've filled a cart up before I realized I wanted one way more than I needed one. Maybe for my one year vape-a-versary.

I have learned that people are more understanding than we give them credit for.. except for bosses.. they suck lol

Hey! I'm a boss! My people love me, or so they tell me. :D

There is more to being a manager/supervisor than just making sure they do their job. Being there to help when they run into a problem or something they don't understand, making sure they have the resources they need to do their job and making sure you have their back should something go wrong. I've stepped in between my employees and someone wanting to chew .... more than a few times. If someone needs to be talked to about something it will be me doing it. And most of the time, the person that is wanting to chew .... is trying to cover his own for something they screwed up. I don't tolerate that and I don't care how much farther up the ladder they are from me.

ummm... Sorry, I'm not quite sure where that came from. LOL!

Point being not all bosses suck. :)

I should edit to say.. yes.. not ALL bosses.. and even mine doesn't .. just some differences of opinion and egos getting in the way. At the end of the day.. i do love my job.. and don't envy the hard work of the higher ups :) i should call you Boss from now on lol
