What EM has to do with blood sugar is beyond me. EM, sucralose, stevia...what other sweeteners are there? Cotton Candy flavor is almost entirely EM, so one would use EM to mask the taste of EM? I guess if you don't like cotton candy you'd have to find something else to mask it with...
This person was "moved on" & is no longer a part of the forum. I believe most DIY people do use EM

It was inevitable, Dale. People are social creatures and will turn almost all threads into chat threads. I'm surprised that the mods haven't closed this thread, or moved it to the Lounge. There are good things being said in here, along with the chit chat, so maybe that's why it is still here.

Yes it does, Rhonda. And unlike some other e-cig forums that I have heard about, ECF puts a value on the social side of the forum.

I've learned no matter how much you know about vaping or anything it is impossible to know everything. I've also learned ECF is a time sink where 5 minutes turns into hours.
