I've learned that if you know what pyramid teabag cartridge mods are... you're old school (like me).

Which came first the tea bag or the foam?

Hmmm... good question. I remember trying both around the same time... tea bags worked better for me and were easier.

I'm not sure, it's pretty close...
But I do know the straw mod came before both of them.
    :)

I've learned there was such a thing as a Straw Mod. (Google, Google, Google)

LOL, I even tried that ... didn't do much for me personally. I still have the cartridge that I tried that trick on ... how bad is that? :(

8-o Is this Greek?!? LOL!!! JK .... kind of

Dude, you've flashed your egotistical 'tail feathers' on da ECF all too often. Why not just alight on a site where you can puff up your own breast feathers and find some ol' lonesome crow! 'Cause I and others do not appreciate you squawking 'bout one of da finest and classiest ladies you've never had da opportunity to meet! Your frackin' loss... as if you would know da diff!!!

    Shoo...

I'll put this one in the strange thing I learned here:

I am using cotton for wicks and was changing them every two to three days as they were getting pretty gunky, then read that if you turn the voltage up it will vaporize the liquid instead of boiling it. Now this may seem obvious but I was thinking that since my wicks were cotton I should use a lower voltage as to not burn it. Wrong. Cotton is actually very resilient and absorbent. When using a lower voltage the juice would boil instead of vaporize and so would leave a lot of residue behind causing a gunky mess. Now I am running around 4 to 4.4 volts on my builds (1.6 - 2.0 Ohm) and finding that my coils and wicks are staying clean and producing better vapor. Along the same line tightly packed coils (vs loose wraps) perform better and stay "gunk" free longer. So thanks to where ever I read that here on ECF as my coils now last longer than I have patience, I always end up rebuilding them because I like to instead of having to.

I've learned that some people just don't get it. Give them a second chance and they continue on the same old path....

Anyway, wow, a lot has been going on while I was out. :)

I've learned that I'm so very thankful that all of you veterans are the ones who've kept at vaping and modified the so-so products. All your experimenting has led vaping to where it is today. :toast:

    THANK YOU!! :D
