I know right? I guess some folks might use cartos without a drip tip but I'm not sure why except maybe for stealth factor.

LOL! Please don't. I'm just here to learn, help and have fun. I get all the boss work that I need at work. The nice part of what I do is my guys, for the most part, do well on their own. I rarely need to be 'The Boss' so I can devote time to doing my work (I'm a working manager) and take care of stuff for my guys. And meetings, always meetings (yuck).

Nah, sadly I am stuck with Windstream ... they have a monopoly out where I'm at.

A friend of mine tried them ... great download speed but if you needed to upload ... forget about it. And of course, if there was any kind of weather situation, you were out of luck also. Windstreams not much better however.

And, I never used a drip tip the first 7 months, the cartos I used from Johnson Creek came with a rubber tip, so I just used that.
I had NO IDEA how much better a drip tip is!! Actually I also thought that you used them with drip attys mainly........it wasn't until I found this forum and saw pics of stuff that I got one.

.......yes.......I can actually be THAT slow to catch on......yes....now EVERYONE knows.........


So to recap - I have learned to use a drip tip with my cartos.

I've learned how to rewick a head for realz, and how to recoil in theory. I just haven't ordered any Kanthal wire to try it out. I just hate paying $5 shipping for $1.95 worth of wire. But, I'll get there eventually.

I got rid of my ciggys the day I got my eGo-c kit.
I got rid of my Satilite Internet the day I got DSL.
(But I've been on dish tv for like 15 years...they are good )

I learned how to rewick and a recoil those tiny little ego type B attys.
They are tiny little buggers....but by redoing them I save five bucks a pop !
The first one took 45 minutes...I can do them at 10 minutes each now.
Vaping my Cinnamon Red Hots DYI right now....Delish !!!

We have dishnetwork, too. They've come up with a high speed internet package, but they have a 5 gig limit for $39.95. 5 gigs??!! Really!!! I pay 39.95 a month with my provider...with NO gig limit. Why in the world would I want to switch?

Unfortunately, DSL with verizon is not available here...8 miles up the road, yes...but not here. Sheesh!
