Six Month Checkup

I went to the doctor today. He knew I was a heavy smoker. After listening to my lungs, he asked if I was doing something different about my smoking. I told him. He asked how well it was working. I told him. He said he was glad to hear that.

It was all said quick and simple. That's the way I am telling it.

I wish I could make this post that way. I'm getting tired of seeing "the server has timed out", or "the server is too busy".

I've been having a lot of problems posting as well. Server keeps locking me up.

The first time I had a check up after I started using e-cigs I told my doctor. He asked if it used a real cigarette and when I said no seemed mildly interested, so I took it apart and showed him the component parts; battery, atomizer and cartridge.

On my second visit he asked me if I was still using the e-cig and when I said yes he nodded slightly and made some sort of note on his laptop. Don't know if it was in relation to the e-cig or not, though.

Also, on my next visit to my dentist for a cleaning the dental technician doing the cleaning said my teeth looked about 50% cleaner when she started than ever before and I told her I was off cigarettes and was using an e-cig. My teeth felt cleaner than before when I went to get them cleaned so I didn't say anything about the e-cig until after she made the comment first.

Anyone else seem to have cleaner teeth now?

My doc was happy to hear I quit and accepted 2 510 + prefilled carts from me to give to another patient to try. He is now suggesting ecigs to other smokers trying to quit.

My teeth are white. Right now they are soaking in a glass of Efferdent, heheh. Believe it or not, I vape much better without them.

I wonder what would happen if I soaked my attys and teeth at the same time.

Yup The dentist said from my last cleaning to this one that I didn't have as much build up as before & that they were in better shape..

Had a physical a couple weeks ago: 109/78 quit smoking cigs completely June 09 but have been heavily vaping since.

Jeez.....don't tell the FDA any of this....they might start thinking their knee jerk reaction to a half baked study was flawed somehow.
