Six months smokeless!

Vali & I are thrilled to announce we are six months smoke free as of today, January 1! It has been a great six months and we want to thank the people of this forum for all the help, information, encouragement, support and friendship. Thanks to all, and I hope those of us who have kicked those nasty analogs provide encouragement to those who are just now starting their own vaping adventure.

I hit seven months today. And I never even tried to quit tobacco, it just happened by trying vap'n cause I thought it was a cool new toy.

At this point you just never have to worry about smoking tobacco ever again.

Ain't it great!!!!

It's funny most of us remember the exact day we quit smoking and started vaping. It's kind of like our birthday. I quit on April 9, 2009.It has almost been 9 months and it seems like I just started vaping a few days ago.

Woohoo !!!! Huge congrats to all of you ! I just started this last week and i am down from 2 packs a day to around 4 analogs, and they are tasting worse very time i light one. Ill be posting my one year anniversary on this forum unless AL Gore takes back his Internet lol ...

Wish I could say I hit the 1 yr or 6 month or 1 month or 1 week even --- BUT if I make it until 12:01 cst tonight - I have 24 hours behind me and to be totally and completely honest - I could literally eat an entire carton of Marlboro Reds right now -- you know the feeling - like I'm going out of my mind and eating everything I can get my hands on or trying to go to sleep to not think about it.

All that said and done - I WILL MAKE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a 1-1/2 pack a day ( using above mentioned analogs ) for the past 40 years -

And yes, I'm hitting away on my SD - and dripping and dripping and dripping !!!!

I was going a bit nuts the first day and I was vaping 24 mg. I then used 36 mg e-liquid and it helped me tremendously. I still crave a cigarette on occasion, but only mildly

Congrats! I hit 6 months on December 18. It's a wonderful thing. I haven't been healthier in I can't remember how long.

I know that a year or 6 months, or even 3 months is a huge milestone...

But think about it this way. Everyone who has vaped at least one day without a regular cancer stick has already passed a huge milestone...

They passed the FIRST DAY WITHOUT A CIGARETTE.

To me, that's just as important as 3 months, or 6 months, or even a year!
