It depends on what you're willing to spend.
There's a thread here on 14500 mods if you want something with a replaceable battery, but they aren't 'cheap'. The bonus is that the batteries are commonly available and easily replaceable for ~$8 each, so as long as you don't lose it or have it stolen, it's a 'forever' device.

eRoll is an option, eCAB is an option with replaceable battery. I just ordered one so I can't directly comment on it, but the Kanger EVOD and EVOD battery look like a nice stealthy setup with good looks too!
