Skinny / fat ego?

I've seen a few of the ecf forum members with profile pics of what I think is an Ego variation - it's really skinny at the end that you smoke from, and gets fat at the end... I have yet to see it at any of the sites iv'e visited but it looks cool - does anybody know what this is and who carries it?

No, almost the entire back end is really skinny - maybe it's some sort of weird cartomizer or something....I think it lkinda looks like the one on the far right of your profile pic

That is an Indulgence with extended cup. There are lots of similar looking mods.

If you leave the cone off an eGo (not needed except for looks) it looks like you describe.

However, you can't do this with the tank version since the cone is part of the atomizer.
