Skinny variable voltage battery

Googling around for variable voltage batteries comes up with a lot of random stuff so Im just gonna ask you guys.

I personally use a innokin Elego VV and I adore it. I need a second one for my friend but they do not like the length of the VV. So is there a shorter variable voltage battery about as thin as the ego? cheapest battery wins.
