I am thankful for the ECF community and the wealth of information that is available here to help us all - and of course for those people responsible for putting that information out there. What an amazing group of people that I am so proud to be a part of!

I am thankful for my family. Lastnight I stood in line for black friday at best buy.....the line was long it was cold and i can be pessimistic at times so i didnt think i would get the new cell phone i wanted.... Well my wife told me to stay positive and she would stand in line with me. Then she got her sis and my brother to come along....just so i didnt have to wait in the cold alone. They all made it actually fun and showed me that no matter what I wanted...They would be there to support me....and even tho they didnt want anything from best buy...they all stood in line over 3 hours to make sure i got my phone

I am thankful I have my health back, now I can watch my new 5yr old adopted son(grandson) growup to be a man!

I am thankful I have a good job during this recession and that I am able to support us with at least the things we need. It breaks my heart to know so many are loosing so much and I only wish I could support them all too!!

I'm thankful to have a job that enables me to provide for my family. Although I know I'll never be rich, I can live with the fact that I can put a roof over our heads, food on our table, and still have enough to left over to be able to enjoy some of the fun things.

I'm thankful for the modern conveniences. It's amazing how much of it we take for granted!! Flushing toilets, little mini computers in our pockets complete with cameras and calendars, cars that drive us farther in a day than our forefathers could have imagined, microwaves that cook our food in minutes rather than hours, dishwashers so we don't even have to scrub the plates when we're done. And last but not least this marvelous little device that gives me my nicotine without giving me cancer or emphysema!!

I'm also thankful for facebook and finding my father who I haven't gotten to interact with in 20 years and being able to tell him all the things I've always wanted to say (once I build up the courage to restart that connection).
