Just got my Kgo in the mail today, I had to try it out before I put it on the charger for the long 8 hour charge :D I am really surprised by my first impression of these. I use the Riva 1100Mah and did not expect much of a difference but it is noticeable in both the flavor and amount of vapor. I think I am going to really like these a lot.

I was also very impressed by Hoosiers ultra fast shipping!! Ordered Friday and Received on Monday. Great job!

I got my K-Go on Friday, used it all weekend and am VERY impressed with it!!! I use a Provari and got the Kgo just to have as a little backup and to use when I go out .. but WOW it is so good that I find myself using it just as much as my Provari. I had not intended to use it at home, but it's power is so good that I cant seem to put it down. I'm using a tank on it, works fantastic! Thanks to Brent for super fast shipping and for having this great K-Go

Mine is in Denver, should be here tomorrow or later today maybe. What is the reason for using it for 20 minutes and charging it again for an hour after the initial 8 hours?

I don't know, maybe Brent can tell us - but I ain't gonna argue with him on this. The battery is full of win :)

WOW it is so good that I find myself using it just as much as my Provari.

Several people have said that, and it's quite a testimonial. The Provari is state of the art. And very expensive.

I wish my current collection of batteries would hurry up and die so I can order some KGO's.

JJ :)

I can help with that :D

Somebody in another thread came up with a way to put a 10440 battery in an eGo battery case if the battery (not the switch) failed - I mentioned that I was now thinking about putting an eGo switch on an 18650 flashlight mod :D

3000mAh, eGo cone and charger compatible, and it'd only take about ten hours to charge it on a USB port :D

Just keep running them with the Emdccs and chain vape, they will die real quick, all at once, so order the KGO's at the first sign of depletion.

I've been using my Kgos with the Liquinator and Resurrector cartos for the last 3 days. It is the bees knees.

I have Liquinator tanks and also J-tanks, they both work great on the K-go. I even cut off the top part of the K-go's cone (with my Dremel) and it now fits perfectly between the bottom of the tank and the battery fitting, so there's no gap. It looks great.

That's a pretty good idea. I'll have to try it.

I was cleaning out my "stuff" and found the 2 KGO batteries I bought from Hoosier around July 25 that I never got used to because of their size (too big for me). You can see my posts here (#49 dated July 26). I used them off and on for a week. Anyone want to make me an offer on them? PM me if interested.

SOLD.....THANKS.

I guess my first question would be the obvious one did you charge the batteries before you used them?
I have never had anyone say that the KGO under performs, you're the first. But I do have a couple ideas why you are having this issue, other than maybe not being charged first.
1.) Your batteries may need to be cycled a few times(broken in) before you notice their full potential.
2.) SLB, the company that makes the KGO also makes a Riva kit with the same type of batteries just 750mAh instead of 1100mAh. Maybe the Riva you have came from them and since it's been "broken in" you're observing the better performance.

If you really want to kick it up a notch try a 1.25ohm dual coil on it.

I hope this helps.

Brent - when you say the batteries need to be "cycled" do you mean they need to be used until they totally die out and then recharged?

Makes me feel a lot better about my bedtime ritual of plugging in my battery from the day every time.

I rotate three KGO batteries - vapor production seems to drop off pretty sharply just before they die and when I notice that I generally put them on the charger. If it's been several hours since I changed batteries I'll swap one out before I go upstairs for the evening.

If it's a work day, I only need one. They turn a blind eye to me vaping in the toolshed or break room, but not in the customer space, which I can appreciate, but it tends to mean I don't get heavy use. Days off are a two battery switcheroo kind of day.

Also, while hanging out in another thread here, someone was kind enough to be giving away a vv box, and decided I needed to take my first step in to the world of mods, which is awesome and I am excited to try. I don't know how it'll fit in to the rotation, but tickle me intrigued. Either way, I am glad I started hanging out here, haha. It's a great little community :3

VV is great fun. Most low-end VV boxes are not particularly sturdy so I consider mine to be an "at home only" PV. Plus VV really drains batteries so taking it on the road isn't always practical. Just FYI.

If they're still available, I might be interested.
