Here is the situation after 3 days at the suggested lowest wattage with Justfog coils...

The strange is i don't get any burning taste...

Can't Say Definitively. But that looks a little Scorched to me. But it could just be Gunk.

It also looks like the "Tails" on the Cotton are Very Short.

OK, looking at those photos it looks like gunk on your coil discoloring your wick. To clarify a few things. Is this stuff you pulled out of a factory coil, or did you make that (I'm thinking factory)? If so, what kind of coil from what manufacturer? You also say you vape a plain 80VG/20water plus nic, and make no mention of flavoring. Is this really unflavored? Are you mixing that unflavored yourself?

I already told you unflavored just the base with nic...

Justfog 1.6 ohm at 3.4 volt with Q16 KIT

Unflavored should be least likely to gunk up a coil. I have no idea what introducing the water does, as I always use a VG/PG mix, and generally I've never heard of more than 10% water to thin the VG (not saying it's wrong, just never heard of it). The coil and mod are unfamiliar to me as well.

Edit: just to be sure, this is like just nicotine 100 mg you're diluting, or is this a NET or WTA you're using as your nic source? (trying to find something in there that would gunk a coil)

You would be amazed that even plain VG will leave dark deposits on the wick in contact with the coil and the coil itself. (within a few hours of use)

Given time unflavored VG+Nic will gunk up a coil. I dry burn mine every few months. The water has nothing to do with it.

I use (currently) %33 H2O and up to %66 H2O. Wicking for high H2O percentages can be a challenge however the payoff is less non-water matter in your lungs, faster vapor dissipation and possibly better nicotine absorption.

I would not worry about a little discoloration. My coils/wick look pretty narley when I finally get around to cleaning them.

So i don't understand what i need to do?
    Change the hardware?

You really don't have a big issue but if the discoloration is a concern to you there are a few ways to correct it. The coil is getting too hot and slightly burning the cotton. The can be caused by poor wicking, not enough air flow or too much power. Your options are to increase the air flow, lower the power or rewick with a bit less cotton, too much cotton will restrict wicking.

Looks like any coil and cotton I've used after three days. I clean the coil and rewick. Whoever said their cotton was lily white after vaping are you at 2 watts?
If you want to know if the cotton is scorched vs carmlized /discolored, pull the cotton out and rinse it in hot or even soapy water, if it stays black/ brown its scorched. Mine are mostly discolored and a little scorched. Hot coil and juice, cotton-its gonna happen. :D

Eventually the 'gunk' will effect performance. THEN you have something to need to deal with by ether replacing the coil (factory atomizer) or pull the wick and dry burn (or rebuild entirely).

Until the performance degrades all your looking at is some discoloration. Nothing to worry about.

Sometimes I rewick early, after just 1 week of vaping (if tank developed leak). Then it about 50/50, lily white wick or a bit brownish (under coil) wick. I vape slightly (1%) flavored juice, no sweeteners, at 9-12 W.

Ok that makes sense, when I vape unflavored or lightly flavored my coils and wicks last much longer and are cleaner as well.
