Had some free time at work so snuck in a little home project. Used a rotary saw from Harbor Freight. I got a couple of A7 attys, top and bottom feeders. The BF cap looks like the ERA and has no holes in it. juice and air are supposed to come from connector. Here is the saw and cap clamped up.

Used a drill press with 2 axis vise.

Turned out pretty good. It's not as thick as it looks, the light is blooming. This one is a hair wide and about as airy as I like to go, maybe close to 1/16" hole, a little tighter.

Here are the insides of the A7S the BF model, it has an extra hole drilled in the deck for a third post but there's not one in it.

Here's the cap from top feed A7, I like the looks a little better. The slit isn't as wide and hits about perfect for me. Had to go quite a bit deeper because there wasn't already a groove in it. Both seem made of SS, not plating.

The coil matches the door! w00t!

My Pluid Box, looks pretty good. Need a green drip tip for it.

Pretty impressed with these attys for some cheapo's. I put a slit in the insulator of one of the top feeds and it seems like it'll do the job too. I got them at local shop, they are supposed to add them to their site but haven't yet. I'll add a link when they do.
