Thanks for the continued support everyone! Proud to say yet another morning nic need satisfied by vaping while I drank my coffee. I've had a few weak moments but they didn't last long. I'll be taking all my packs of smokes and tucking them away in the back of my car. If they are less accessible to me it will help. I'll find someone around here who is broke and needs them more than me. Along with a stack of e-cig vendor cards <G>

Congrats !!

What helped me kick analogs was insanely simple; if you don't have them around, you can't be tempted. If I had them around, I know I'd be tempted to have "just one", "just because". If the only thing you have handy is vaping, then you can't backslide to the analogs. Keeping them in my car to just too handy in my opinion.

When I gave my last pack to my neighbor with the warning, "Do NOT give me one !!", that took some will power. It may seem weak to a non-smoker, but if you want an analog and you know where "the stash" is; you WILL eventually ask/take for one. At least for me, you may be different.

My last cig was on Feb. 24, 2013. Yes, in the beginning I was tempted, especially when in a gas station paying for gas and seeing "my favorite" right behind the counter bigger than life. But I persisted. I succeeded. You will also succeed.

When you have the thought, "Wow, it's been ____ days since I smoked !!", you will smile. When you think, "Wow, it's been ____ weeks since I smoked !!", you will have a grin like you've never had before.

We've all experienced that grin. Your Grin Day is coming faster than you realize !!

Keep up the good work !!
