Hi there. I've been vaping for about 6 months...so has my wife. Currently she has a single 18650 mod which is a PITA because I put claptons in everything.
I'm looking for a small 2 battery mod that won't break the bank and is as reliable as my Sig 150tc.
I have a Griffin 25 and want to get one for her along with matching mods for both of us.
I really want a fuchai 213 but there is a lot of controversy surrounding it. I'll get one if they fix the firmware.

The minikin is too narrow (overhang)

The cuboid has the same 510 as the e Vic which I had problems with...plus the weight.

The Smok H-Priv had me sold till I noticed several people saying theirs died for various reasons.

TC isn't a major concern of mine but if it has it, I'd prefer the SS function work because LV now sells SS clapton. I think a clapton TC build would be fun to play with.

I'm also scared that if I buy us a couple of mods that the FDA will take away my juice. I really like ITC and Mech Sauce. Should I just keep my money? I know a lot of you are stocking up but juice is only good for so long. Any advice? Sorry for babbling on...I've been holding this in for a while now. No one else I know vapes.

And why exactly is a single 18650 a PITA? Because of the battery life?

Three possible remedies:

- Swap out the battery when empty (duh)
- Build accordingly for a single 18650
- Get more runtime from the battery/batteries.

I find the dual and/or tripple 18650 very uncomfortable to carry around with me.
I'd opt for a higher capacity 18650 (if possible), or a single 26850 mod.

I build her Aromamizer with 2.5mm, 24awg clapton. About 4-5 wraps. She really likes my Griffin 25 and the builds that I put in it. I do realize I can build smaller but the vape suffers.
I do 3mm coils in mine with either fused 26 or single 24 claptons. I go across the whole deck either way.

She needs more power and longer battery life at the same time. I'm already using LG HG2s in both our mods at work and HE2s at home while the others charge. I don't support the re-wraps.

She told me she could deal with dual batteries if it's a compact one like the 213. The single battery mods are smaller but the hassle of carrying 2 batteries with it makes it more burdensome than just a small series mod.
I had considered a 26650 mod but she really goes ham camping and I know in my heart that if I gave her my tank and build she would need to bring another battery.
I wish it was that easy.

I can relate to what you want. Wanting a small mod with long battery life, I picked up the Sign 213. In power mode, it works great and battery life is all day with the 3000mah LG's. I was able to dial in a good Ti coil, but the 213 would not retain those settings when changing them in another TC mode.

So, my suggestion is to give the Fuchsia 213 a look and see what problems with the Sigel were fixed. If still interested, pick one up and see how it works for your SS builds. Worst case, you end up using it as a power mode mod with the battery life you want. It might work great if you only change to SS for TC. And maybe even better IF they did more fixes.

Good luck!

ETA: Sorry for typos! First time doing this on a tablet!

Is the iStick reliable? I've stumbled across it but it seems cheap. I like the form factor but it does need to be 25mm wide. I'll do some more reading on it.

I liked the temp control on the eVic, just not the 510 which is why I'm leery of the cuboid. When I put a tank on the eVic you could easily tilt it in every direction. Is the cuboid like that?
I do a lot of squatting and bending at work with my PV in my pocket, so the 510 has to be solid.

I forgot...the cuboid has a 25 amp limit. I stay under .2Ω so I wouldn't have as much power is I'd like.

i have the sig213 and love it. i only vape in VW and SS TC. i also have the istick tc100w and it's a decent device. but anything over 23mm as far as atomizers go, it will overhang. the 510 isn't very good. many of my attys don't screw all of the way down. i think it's the same 510 that joyetech and wismec uses. IMO i'd get the sig 213, fuchai 213 or maybe wait a week or two until a review of the IPV6 comes out. that looks like a promising device.
