I bought the smok Alien from a well known and reputable vape shop. Everything seems to be working out well with my Alien but I have one issue. The battery percentage will always be 3% different that the other battery. Even when I charge then fully (LG 18650 3000 mah charging through the USB), on the screen will show less battery for battery B than battery A. When I have the USB in it can says 100% for both batteries on the screen but that goes back to about 3% difference once i vape. But even if I don't vape it, when I unplug the vape the screen still shows less in one battery. I'm not sure what to do. Should I get different batteries? They are less than a week old and so is my Alien. Can someone please advise me as what to do please?

What issue?
It is fairly common for battery voltages to vary slightly in multi battery power devices.
Like I said, your talking about .126 of a volt.
If it worries you remove batteries & charge in a quality stand alone battery charger.
Any variance in cell voltage would then be a function of how the device draws power from the cells.

Definitely recommend charging on a quality stand alone charger. I have zero faith in the built in chargers on mods.

I agree, even though the Alien does in fact charge batteries correctly, anything can go wrong. Uneven batteries are not really a concern unless you don't ever rotate the batteries.
