Smok SID issues

Ok I'm fed up w my SID three batteries it's the SID or the charger! In going to the closest vapor store I went there instead of my fav one to give a chance... I'm gonna see what they do.
The sID is just off n won't go ON! Period! I charge the batteries (first was ONE battery I bought another than at first it won't work than it did now I charged the one that always did and the new one (separately) and nothing! I'm aware of hitting three times on and I'm not even getting the word smok the battery hits the top so idk I'll try today I have the box worse scenario I'll see if warranty in CHINA lol or grab another MOD but umm I'm sorta thinking not to get smok tech ever again.
My daughter and bro love their innoken VV it's cute maybe one of those w a protank mini for the off days lol and a mech... A k100? What would u get? Should I grab a provari?
I can't be w just one mod cause one thing goes wrong u need a backup.

This is strange, and I think you need to call the vendor you got it from.
When I put my battery in, it automatically turns on. Even if it was off before I put it in.

Mine does that from time to time. And I know the battery is not dead. If I unscrew the bottom to get to the battery, and screw it back in, it usually comes right back on. Almost like it loses connection sometimes. What kind of battery are you using? I have the 18650 flat top...I'm wondering if a button top might be better?
