Smok Sidewinder

Happy Friday everybody. Well my birthday is rapidly approaching and my wife is asking for birthday hints. I have plenty of great mods and really don't need another one...but, you know I have the smok Natural and Magneto already and am very happy with them. I am considering the smok Sidewinder now because smok has treated me right thus far and frankly it's a little different style than the others which makes it unique. So does anyone have any experiance with them? I would opt for the 18650 version if I go that route. Is it as rugged and durable as the Magneto is? Reliable? Overall quality of steel, threads, etc?

Oh and before the faithful chime in..... I already have a mighty Provari and love it. Just looking for something different, very durable and affordable. Not a clone either, I'm already past that phase

But seriously, honest thoughts on the Sidewinder. Or alternatives that meet my criteria.

$50 or under. Like I said I don't really need one and don't want to push my luck with my lovely wife

I don't think I can be much help then...for mech for under $50 without going to clone route...my magneto is my less favorite..it's in black hole drawer..it voltage drop was too noticeable compared to my other mechs.

If you're open to clones.......their are tons of good ones out there..btw..Happy BDay coming up

I have had my fair share of clones (still have my HCigar Nemesis clone), but am looking for something different I guess. A side button like the EA would be cool. Any good clones you would recommend in that style?

On side buttons clones, no I have not....I can't recommend something unless I have good knowledge on or use it myself...if you're going to side button, get Fasttech clone like EA or 69 so if it's PO Poop, not much of lost.

How about wait til the China DNA 20/30 mod gets around 50 shipped?...I have B-day IOUs from my wife for the last 3 years...so I usually wait until I'm ready to strike
Just thought..don't force to buy something you'll regret....it seems like you're set for now, Provari, your smoktek mods, etc

ha ha ha good idea to stock up birthday credits for later Haven't picked up a Kayfun as of yet. Frankly I'm not terribly handy so have no interest in building coils. I pretty much just use protanksm cartomizers or cart tanks. Vast majority of time I use either my Provari or Silver Bullets, although I do like my Natural and Magneto. That's why I was strongly considering the sidewinder. Just don't know if the sidewinder quality is comparable to the both of them.

I love my Magneto. I don't drip with it and only run it in 350 mode with a Kayfun. With that, I couldn't care less about volt drop.
