Smok Spirals Plus tank leaking

Spirals tank leaking badly. I have checked all orings & made sure coil was seated correctly. Anyone else having this problem?

I have the spirals and spirals plus tanks. I haven't had issues with either of them leaking but I will say that I had an issue with the TFV8 leaking big time and it turned out to be one of the legs of the coil pressing on the bottom sealing o-ring and creating a gap between the coil leg and the o-ring. I took some small pliers and moved the coil leg so it would seal and that fixed it. Could be the coil.
