Smok tfv4 burnt hits

Hi reddit! I just bought a Smok tfv4 and I am getting bad burnt hits. I'm vaping 20/80 pg/vg @ 70 watts. Yesterday it was vaping amazingly 30/70 pg/vg @80+ Watts.

When I woke up, I swiched the juice. After switching the juice in the morning, it started burning. I was going to drain it and switch back. So I unscrewed the cap and bubbles came out of the wick so, I tighed it back up and tried it. No more burnt hits(but it still felt weak). So I drove to work and the burnt hits started again. I loosed the cap and tried it again. Still getting burnt hits.

Try closing up your Air a bit to allow for better Vacuum. Or just replace the Coil.
How long were you using the coil before switching flavors and did you do anything to clear the old flavor from the coil?

Which Coil are you even using? I installed the Quad-coil and have gone through 50ml with clean flavor on this single coil.{80w-90w}

I just got it yesterday so I was using the coil for about an hour. I drained all the e juice and added new juice then, vaped though all the old flavor in the wick.

I am using the stock Tri-coil. And have gone through less than a tank.

The bubbles you saw when you loosened the top means that something is blocking the juice from getting to the coil and causing your issue. Simply try another coil, and make sure you prime it before you take your first draw.

I didn't buy any extra coils... :/ I guess its back to my rda till it ships.
