So has anyone experienced any kind of decline on their coils? Little over a week now and I haven't read anything about any duds or anything. I really hope these coils will hast at least close to a month.
No, so far so good :thumb: (I only use the quad)

Hi Cacique

No issues withe triple, this current tank tonight I am running my Sig @ 150 watts (20 above rating just to push it). What I can tell you so far is no dry hits keeping a reasonable draw/pace and it is less hot than my Crown at 115 *BUT* the Crown is coming through as the flavor winner against the triples only on the TFV "below" 115 degrees. As I have had several days to move past my initial thoughts the 1st tanks I vaped were my new home made straw/custard brew which has a very high % of flavoring so now that I am doing off the shelf stuff that I really know what to expect/taste realistically & this is where I am seeing the Crown as a clear winner in the 80-115 watt world.

@ 150 it is pretty darn impressive. Quads should be here soon and I will get to see what that's like.

*edited*
I want to add something to this as I vape it more and more at 140 to 150 and please use a good battery doing this (I put in VTC4's). IMO the heat on the triple at this wattage does not ramp up as much as you would think. It's interesting because most people and reviews won't go that high. It actually works, so IF you run a Crown at 90+ and like it give it a shot @ at least 135-140 with some higher VG.

Clouds though, power wise @ 150 it is pretty darn impressive. Quads should be here soon and I will get to see what that's like.

Thanks for that review on the coils, I really appreciate it. I'd like to hear your thoughts on flavor and clouds compared to the triple coil, seems like the quads are the winner for flavor. I'm after both myself as I usually vape at 100w+. I like big clouds with good flavor and I'm curious to see how a tank like this would compare to my daily vape, at the moment an airek clone with .55 24g 3mm coils at 95w.

Did a few tests yesterday on the quad coil, I think its the first tank where I vaped the whole tanks e liquid, there was none left, no dry hits, this coil soaks up so much juice, you can basically vape it until it's empty.
Another great thing about it is, testing flavours, making my own juice, this is very handy as changing juice, the new flavour comes through in a matter of two or three hits, very impressed still with this tank. I'm also still running the two Kanger O rings in the bottom, still no leaks ;)

come one, there must be something bad with this tank.. happens rarely that there are near to no cons?

It needs lots of Watts... replacement coils are a bit pricey. Did I miss something else? Leaking? Come one!
Def no leaking, flooding or anything of the kind, I'm hard pushed to find negatives but here ya go...if you insist ha

Bottom O ring, rather weak..something to watch out for, mine actually melted onto the glass but I've not heard anyone else complain so I think it was a one off, still, the O ring is weak, not of Kanger strength.

Fasted juice guzzling tank on the market.

I wish the AFC would click, guess I just miss it after using my Starre.

Size, can over hang some mods, fits my SnowWolf perfect though.

Higher wattage, not a negative but will drain you battery quicker.

Replacement coils expensive ?? £16.40 for a 5 pack of quad coils, Hmmm, I can live with that. The only deal breaker here is how long the coils will last, which for now, nobody knows.

I'm really struggling to find negatives, this is such a great tank, did I mention the flavour on the quad coil, oh that flavour, I'm vaping some diy peaches and ice cream and wow, just wow..

thanks! All these discussions are only good when we also talk about the (even small) negatives. Looking forward to my TFV4 (actually I bought two, thats a odd and expensive habit of me unfortunately...)
I have bought another 2, so three in total, not strange to me, when I find a tank this good, I always buy more and store them...

The possibility that I love it and that it might break and I don't have a spare immediately is enough to buy everything twice in case it is good.
I wish I had bought two from the get go but it was very hard to get a full kit with the quad coil and rba, even for review...I never pay for the first tank so that's usually why I end up with three. (if they are really good of course)

Okay here are some negatives since it is a good point we are not listing any..

1. I do wish the opening for juice was still even larger.

2. I do think the top seal thing should have been black or Red, the white kind a grosses me out and it just screams "I may have germs" (weird I know).

3. It's easy to overfill because you cannot see the top level of juice but when it does it is no biggie. My recommendation is to stuff a tissue in the Chimney when filling just in case you get some over flow.

4. Triples apparently are THE power king of any OOB coil I know of, but NOT flavor kings unless you vape @130 watts (even then it's debatable compared to Crown @ 90 watts). Quad flavor on par if not slightly better than Crown.

5. I think they just should have tossed some extra spare hardware in ALL the kits and I am concerned about replacement parts. I started with the kit that had 1 triple, no glass.

6. I don't think the drip tip is "rock solid" super tight.

7. The Quad does have some minor spit back below, but not much.

Ah yes, I should of mentioned the drip tip, that slight gap annoys me . Good points.
A black top seal would be better too
