Hi, I’m pretty clueless on this and could use some help. I have a SMOK V8 Stick and was wondering if the SMOK Baby T-12 (0.15 50-90W Best 60-80W)
would be compatible with the SMOK V8 Stick? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. Your mod is direct output - no adjustments. The T12 will work, but you may see reduced run times between charges.

The SMOK V8 stick comes with the included baby M2 coil head, which is specially made for stick v8 battery.

As @Storm52 said, your device is not variable wattage, so attempting to use other SMOK coils without variable wattage would not lead to ideal results.
