About 2 years ago i ordered the blu starter kit. It was alright but not enough for me. I was a pack-to a palk and a half a day smoker. I occasionally tooted on my blu's but i still never got the fix that my camel menthols were giving me. The blu kit ended up sitting in the closet for over a year. I then broke it out, opened my new cartos and tried to get back into it to no avail. I knew there had to be something better out there. While internet searching i stumbled across smokenjoey.com and was then linked somehow to zeecigs through random clicking. I spent a week cutting my analogs while tooting on my weak blu ecigs (burning through batterys every half hour) and watching youtube on the joyetech egos. I broke down and got one from zeecigs. 60 dollars for a white 1000mah starter kit in white (for their closeout discount). This changed my world. I finished my camels off and i have not looked back since. While i am grateful for the information that i learned from watching zeecigs videos, i also realize that there are way better deals out there. (I am very satisfied with my equipment for the record). I am a aircraft electrician in the military and now i have spent countless hours on the forum and youtube. I feel that i will use some of my electric skills to possibly start modding.

My set up as of now is 2 ego standard 1000 mah batteries, ce4 rebuildables (all flooding/ leaking drops out the bottom post- i unscrew these for pocket storage) and horrible plasticy/chemical tasting 510 attys (came with the starter kit). I debridged one today for ....sandgiggles. In the mail (from china) a did atomizer, a ego ufo rebuildable, and some ebay kanthal a1 as well. Ready to experiment/ live and learn. :).

Hey and congrats on getting off the stinkies! I've only been doing this for about a month now but I'd have to say I looove love love the Mini Vivi Novas and the Vivi Novas. I had horrible luck with anything that was bottom fed such as the T3 or Vape Only BCC. So I'll be sticking to the top fed.

I know you can do DIY fixes for the bottom feeders, but if I buy something I want it to work right out of the box. Also, I recently discovered the Artemis carto tank which I'm liking. But I still prefer the clearos b/c they are easier to clean out and fill up IMO.

As I said though, I'm still pretty new and others can probably give you some better advice. Best of luck to ya!

Thanks broodwich. I know what you mean about liking items to work right out of the box. I know the Chinese rba's i have in the mail are surely not going to work or even be assembled or coiled out of the box. But luckily ive got my stash of ce4's and some ce2's in the mail to vape at while i learn and experiment. Congrats on a smoke free month. Keep it up.

Well congrats to you (all)

Always so many things you can try
Genesis style RBAs are amazing but not 'normally' recommended to beginners (and not for egos)

I love CE3s and raven cartos (I think B5?) for ease of use
My IHybrid genny has been my main device recently

But it's all about finding what works for you
And if you stay off stinkies - you are doing great!

Kraksx, thank you very much. I i understand about the learning curve with rba's. Ill be using the clearos until i get it right. Through the training in my field of work, youtube, and this forum i hope to be able to master it. The kanthal a1 on the way was bought in bulk and im prepped for upgrading to a apv before i go on a deployment. (I see it as an excuse to stock up on supplies because i might not be able to obtain them for a while.). Thank you for the reviews of what your liking because i will be doing research about them.

by your training, id say you pick it up super easy (first or second coil works)
its just a good thing to say, 'not for noobs'

if gennys are what you want (best taste to me) you will prob run it 1.3 oHms or lower (depending of course)
if such is the case, you will want a mech mod (most VVs wont fire 1.1 and lower)
They also tend to use more eLiquid, so be ready for that too

Many companies will send to an APO, you might have to contact (systems for ordering/ verses company policy)
So try to line them up, for a worse case situation

o' and just because it wasnt said, you have wire, make sure you have enough stainless steal mesh too (400 [size] is a good standard)

So many people love to help, so any issue, we got your back, you can always PM me, im not a 'pro' but love to help,

Kraksx- thank you for the insight. I am still on the market for mesh. (Trying to find a deal i cannot refuse). -The same goes for my hunt for a apv/mod/mech mod. Until then i got the trusty ego. I know it gets better than my current set up, but for now its all i know and reliably keeping my free of analogs. I have alot of homework to do and im having a blast learning it, comparison shopping, and soaking up all i can. Thanks for your advise and positivity.
