smoke tech dc tank, doesnt feel like its sealed or something, help please

just got my tank and filled it like they said. put in liquid then put my finger on the bottom and sucked it in. anyways, for one it seems to leak out of the bottom a little and two it I have to suck alot to get a ok vap out of it. feels like alot of play as well when mounted to the battery the tank will slide up a little, is that normal? when I suck in i just hear alot of air

Im using a 650 mah vapor king battery and have the large smoke tech (5 ml I believe) using liqau e liquid. it came with a white o ring as well, was that suppose to be installed or is it just a back up? thanks not to thrilled with it right now, my vapor king clearmizers are much much much better

hmmm after more research I see most of it is normal, but the crap vap from it. think ill just go buy a clearmizer tank at the local e store since my brothers friend had one and it works awesome.

never mind, started leaking like crazy out of the bottom and is totaled now. just going to chalk this up as a big waste of money, time and liquid. will keep the tank and try to figure it out at a later date. going to buy a ego twist, maybe it will like that better, will probably use a different carto as well

Hello I have 1 650 mah ego, and never had any luck with tanks on it. If you're getting a poor draw it could be due to the air intake holes on the tank not lining up with the battery. It's happened with a few things I bought. Did you have to put the tank together when you got it?

no it come all set up. I pulled it apart and just wiped it out a little, put it back together and filled it, held the bottom and primed it how they said to and after that just attempted to vape with it.

anyone one know what other brand cartomizers will work with this tank? theres have alot of bad reviews and sounds like i got a dud


anyways i ordered my ego twiste 650mah kit, so I cant wait to play around with that

I found the 1.5 ohm cartos are lousy to vape with anything other than a ego battery and even that is a crappy vape. I bought some 2.0 and 2.5 and a couple 3.0 from https://smoktek.3dcartstores.com/ but haven't used then yet cause I don't want to waste the juice already in the 1.5 carto so I have to vape them out before I'll swap cartos around.
So far I'm not all that impressed with dual coil setups but maybe with the higher ohm coils it will produce a better vape, the jury is still out.

I have the Smoktech UDC Tanks, you know, the one with the locking ring. The locking ring eliminates the slipping problem the DC tanks has. So far for a month now, it doesn't have any leakage issue either. You may want to give it a try. Also, MyVaporStore has the Polypropylene version: U-DCTank Tube 6ml

FIXED!!!! I ordered some boge f15 flanged carto's for it, they had 2 hole but i sit one of them open anyways. These seem to fit better in the tank and its working amazing. The ego twiste also seemed to make a big difference. Can take a little tug and get great flavorful vape. Very happy with this new set up
