I believe you guys are making one major mistake, you´re overlooking the main point.
vaping kills the states tax income.
vaping kills the tobacco industry.
vaping kills the cashflow of pharmacies for all kind of (useless) quit smoking products.
Vaping kills the pension fund which have to pay retirement for longer.
Regulating ecigs does have plenty of winners, we´re just not one of them.
All those who vote for the regulation are very well aware of how bad such regulation would be for the consumers, but they see no choice.
I mean, if you were the financial minister of some country (other than China) and you´re facing the choice between running your state into bankrupcy or pushing an unjustified regulation through the parliament, what would you do?
If you guys intend to fight for our cause, you will have to stop trying to convince our enemies of how stupid their idea is, they already know that, you will have to start telling them, how they shall survive without our money (or at least with far less of our money).
