Smokeless Image code error: (Considering this is the only place I can post)

Hi, yes I'm a noob. So new I went to make my first e-cig purchase ohh 10 minutes ago. Have been searching for days, and my head is spinning so I finally decided to go with Smokeless Image. Pricing, reviews, simplicity. This njoy is making me gag but its doing the trick...sort of.

Anyways in my searching I saw SI had a promo for 20% off until 11:59 PST. Note the PST as I placed the order at 12:10 EST. I should still have a couple hours on the promo but it tells me it has expired. Bummer as I thought hey why not save a couple bucks on my first ecig. So that is why I signed up here and made my very first post. .....ing and moaning hah. Must be the lack of nicotine. Just thought I would let you know

I placed an order with SI at around 1:50 PM EST on 4/8/2012 and the 20% code worked for me.

Are you sure you typed in "SPRING20" for the code and not "SPRING20!!!"?

Heh it worked at 11:58 but I decided to add a few things (samplers) and by 12:02 it said it expired. Too late though now I placed the order. I found a 15% off promo from a simple google so not a big deal. Could have saved me about another 7 bucks though

Just send a message to customer service with your order number and let them know what happened and they should take care of it for you. Their customer service is very good.

Certainly give it another shot. Make sure the code is right, SPRING20

I've been known to transpose a character on occasion.

If you still cannot get it to accept the code, send customer service an email from the site, and they will likely honor it for you even if you can't push through the order tonight. Try to email within the next 2 hours if that is the case, before 11:59 PDT. Their customer service is second to none.

I'd still email customer service. Pacific time means there should still be 2 hours on that code. $7 is $7.
