ok so i presume the best way to do this review section is to have a section for each supplier...or maybe not,i dunno...

anyway,puresmoker and Janty have a thread each...so this can be for comments on Smokesters juice...
im interested to hear some descriptions and comments,because i have not tried quite a few of them,and some i find hard to imagine what they really taste like...

i want to lower my nic intake,but im not sure which lower nic liquids deliver the goods...i suppose thats where review threads like this come in handy...

anyway...im rubbish at describing flavours-and yes,flavours can be individual...but for anyone who hasnt tried them yet,heres a rough description of my-in no particular order-top 3 favourite liquids of smokesters that ive tried so far:


French Pipe 18mg

woody,dark flavour...not sweet...good throat and nic hit...and about as near to a tobacco like taste as ive found in bottled eliquid...

its a bit of a love it or hate it liquid for lots of people...i didnt like it at first,probably because id been used to sweet liquid for months before i tried it...but now i really like it...

if i ever get cravings for a ...,i find it is a very satisfying eliquid to get me over the hump...


British Bulldog 24mg

i find this taste hard to describe...at first it seems bland,but it grows on you...in fact the flavour kind of changes from time to time for me...sometimes i get a little sweetness,sometimes i dont...

the vapours got a dry feel to it,if that makes sense...and its got a punchy throat hit...and you can really feel the nicotine hit...

BBs a grower...its a very pleasant smoke...mines done and i miss it...

ps...ive been vaping it for many weeks with no atomiser problems...


Riskee Yuice 18mg

ive heard people say its got a cigarette taste-well not to me...i dont get cigarette smoke from it at all...

to me its got a little hint of caramel and burnt sugar on inhale,with a tiny aniseed aftertaste on exhale...its a very nice smoke...and its got a decent throat hit also...

its tasty and well worth trying...most people who buy it seem to like it a lot...i can smoke it all day and not get bored with the taste...

got to try that british bulldog at some stage to see what it's all about. riskee yuice - yeah, love it. don't know how to describe it either. it's a light enough flavour that you can continue to smoke it and not get sick of it. but it's damn tasty too. my brother said he thought the RY might stand for raspberry and ever since that's what I think of but it could be purely psychosomatic.

+1 for the French pipe, smokesters isn't as sweet as TW and has a great aromatic back flavour. lovely stuff.

I'm vaping Smokester's coffee right now but I'm rubbish at describing flavours. It reminds me of coffee flavour from chocolates, I like it. It's even better mixed with the chocolate which reminds me of Coca Pops

Both the coffee and chocolate I've got are 11mg but they still have a good throat hit/harshness in my opinion.

Heh, I wanted coffee and it was sold out, so i got the choc It is very nice, keeps distinct flavour also when mixed. In tried choc/cherry and choc/mint, both were tasty ones.

I've tried the Minty Menthol 24mg and Cherry 24mg from them so far.

Minty Menthol - it's minty, it's mentholly, it's rather nice. It's a vast improvement on the pre filled menthol cartridges I've got with a few e-cigs. It's not overpowering in menthol strength but you certainly know its there. Mixes well with tobacco flavours. I'd give this one top marks.

Cherry - pleasant enough if artificial tasting cherry flavour. It reminds me of some sweets/candy I've had in the past which I can't quite remember, cherry drops or something. Its different from the Johnson Creek cherry which I found tastes more like cherryade with an acidic taste to it. Overall, when I'm in the mood for it's OK.

Also have the vanilla. This is a more subtle flavour of vanilla than TW and it doesn't appeal for that reason. I managed to spill most of it on a wood table. I didn't realise and the polish has been taken off by it!
I also have 'cream'. I am not a fan, but it is very very smooth tasting and could suit ppl who like that sort of vape. I don't know what I expected, but it does taste of cream, which isn't exactly full flavoured to start with.
Of the three I tried, I would definitely buy coffee again. I love the stuff.

I tried cream today and like it. It's quite subtle but does have a smooth creamy flavour and texture with a bit of hit to let you know you're 'smoking'. It suits the sweetness of propylene glycol or glycerine or whatever makes it sweet. I like it a lot, it's silky and rich.

The coffee is nice Suzi, it reminds me of coffee flavour Revels. I don't like drinking coffee but it's good to vape for some reason.

I still have some vanilla to try, I'll get around to that soon.

you might be right about the coffee kate. I used to hate revels coffee ones, but like them these days since I suddenly got older somehow (don't know how that happened...really, lol)
I have put the cream to one side, but I have a feeling that I will use it soon until I can get more stuff in the New Year.

SuziQ, i got 15ml, 24mg of the coffee today from e-cigs.co.uk but its not really to my liking. as you dont think too much of the cream i was wondering if you fancied doing a straight swap? im not too fussed about cream (but would prefer it to coffee) either so i would be happy to swap with any other flavours you may have.

i have used about 2ml of it by experimenting and mixing with other flavours so there should be 13 ml left. i will of course measure it out correctly should you be interested and then we can swap the same volume of juice.

My cream is only 14mg. I haven't had more than a couple of drops out of it. Not sure if you are used to 24, that 14 is going to do it for you. (I do love coffee though)

yeah 14mg is probably too low for me..........i usually have 36mg but trying to drop down my nic intake!

if you have any higher mg juices then i will still be interested in doing a trade, if not i will advertise a swap in the swap section.

I once slated the Minty Menthol somewhere on this forum, and I take it all back - I now love it! I will buy more soon, and would still add menthol crystals to boost it, but the 'tobacco' flavour in it has really grown on me - kinda makes it more substantial. Nice!

Favourite being Number 1.

REVIEWS

Roast Smoke.
Oh my Yumm.

Lots of lovely vapour.

It has a nutty flavour of walnut with just a hint of vanilla and almost caramelised undertones.

Roasty & toasty but definitely not burnt or sickly sweet.

Cool to inhale , there is a slight edge to it on the throat and back of tongue very subtle, not acrid or cloying.

Lots more flavour and substance than the 555 I have been smoking .

This gets the thumbs up from me well rounded full of flavour will definitely buy more .
And I have.

Cigar.
have never smoked a cigar in my life so cannot compare this juice with the real thing.

Vapour: Lots and lots of it, the texture is thick so you almost feel you could chew it.

The nearest thing I have felt to real smoke on the inhale and exhale.

Very pleasant and satisfying feeling.

The flavour is well actually really non existent if you look real hard there may be a hint of salt .

No Lemon, Sugar or fruit anywhere.

Texture and vapour get 10/10 so far this is the nearest feeling to smoking I have had from juice.

I cannot rate the flavour as there really is not any.

I think this juice would be perfect for those who want to experiment adding their own flavours,or those who don't like the sweet ones.

My oh has departed with the rest of the Cigar juice last monday afternoon and my new black mini e-cig.

Sampled all of them and decided this was the best of the bunch.

I quote: "At least it (the Cigar Juice) feels like smoking a cigarette".

Has now vaped about 5ml and asked me to order more .

I am so glad I ordered this and some empty carts with my first kit.
Stuck a preloaded cart in and yeew .
This was like a breath of fresh air after it.
Nice cool smoke none of the sweet aftertaste on lips or roof of mouth that the regular cart left.

Subtle - smooth - on the throat and very easy going.

I like this,I must do just about to order my 3rd bottle
Its the first thing I reach for after the alarm goes off.
Have Pretty much settled on this for day time vaping.

All in all a really pleasant and easy to vape.

First impression
Tip of tongue Honey quickly followed by a tart zing.

Then an unusual fruity not sweet but familiar flavour I could not pin down hit the taste buds.

Followed by a tang of lemon not astringent just a hint.

Loaded up cartridge and went out still mulling over what the heck is that after the honey.

Did some shopping.

Went to Costa yes they are e-Cig friendly, well my one is, young staff customer friendly, none of the customers in the place even look never mind comment.

1 Medium americano with 1 extra shot espresso.
Coffee did overpower this a tad and wished I had taken a cart of the Roast with me to compare .

Still puzzling over that fruity flavour.

Get home and have a mug of Tea vape some more.

Then it hits me wine gums minus the sugar ( the little hard ones in the tube with the dimples on top).
Last time I ate these must have been the 70`s some time, YES that long ago, and I cannot for the life of me remember who made them.

Ok puzzle solved.

There is a lemon tang left on the roof of the mouth after smoking but it is by no means astringent or acidic.

The Vapour produced on my mini is satisfactory and full.

Now I ate dinner.
Lasagne, salad, New potato, M&S Olive and Chili bread Mediterranean I think it is called.
Red Wine, M&S Cab Sav Chile.

Vape again fruity wine gum flavour has disappeared, strange as it has been there consistently !!!.
The lemon is still there and now has a light peppery prickly texture on the tongue.
Not unpleasant infact rather nice.

Take glen for walk.

Another vape and the savoury fruit with a twist of lemon are back.

All in all a pleasant and easy smoke .
Not over the top like the Hilton with the lemonic sour aftertaste when you stop, not overpowering or too clawing, but the tang is definitely still there .

Is rather refreshing and tingly after food infact the vaping after dinner was the best and most satisfying bit.

Yes I will smoke/vape it again as I liked the savoury wine gum fruit, just wish they did not mix it with the lemon but the lemon is most likely what makes it savoury and not sweet.

Not 100% whether I will buy it again as the roast is a much fuller smoother and more satisfying flavour to me.

The like smoke felt a bit like the flavours were fighting too much with each other, either needs to loose something or an addition of something that will bring them all together and round it off.

French Pipe

I admit I was expecting this to be a bit on the strong side and rasping on the throat after comments I have seen about hit.

So a pleasant surprise, actually quite smooth to inhale though you can definitely feel it go all the way down.

Little prickly on the tongue and throat, just enough to let you know it is there, not burning by any means.

Vapour very good and lots of it .

Flavour : On the inhale a sweet Vanilla essence hits the senses and really overpowers anything else.

I should add that the sweetness does not sit on the tongue or the roof of your mouth after you exhale it is gone.

I smoked this for 2-3 hrs max then it really started to get a bit rich and sickly for me and I switched to my Roast Smoke.

Would be enjoyable now and again after a meal or with coffee but personally I could not smoke it all day.

Would I buy it again ?
No as I have found other flavours I enjoy more.

Hilton
The Hilton Juice has just got a big thumbs down from me.

Drying in the mouth and a clawing acidic kick in the back of the throat.

Reminds me of smoking rolling tobacco without a filter.

If that's what you like it may suit you.

Bit of a shock first thing , may give it another bash this evening.

I gave it anothe bash as did not feel it was fair to ditch it before the 1st cart was finished.

Back on the Hilton Juice just now and still getting an acrid taste in the roof of my mouth like PLJ.

Back of throat and tip of lounge tingling as if sprayed with pepper.

I personally find it highly unpleasant.

Have also started coughing.

This would be perfect for those who love sauvignon Blanc or who suffer from dry mouth it does get your saliva glands running .

I hate Sauvignon and have not noticed e-smoking dry mouth.
So it is definately not for me.

I gave this juice one more try a couple of days ago.
While the acrid cloying texture did not seem as intense, maybe my taste buds have changed, as when first tried it the PLJ was still very strong and hung about on the roof of my mouth for ages afterwards.

OK these were not offensive but definately not anything to write home about.
I really did not like the sweet coating they left on the roof of my mouth and also my lips.
Really happy only 5 came with the kit and I ordered other empties and juice to try or would have been mega dissapointed and a tadd irritated at having to go order others and wait for them to arrive.

There have been some changes since as I bought a Screwdriver 8th Nov 08 .

Like smoke I found is better & more satisfying in the screwdriver than it was in the 901.

BULLDOG is now my No 1 Liquid 14mg and I cannot detect any difference in flavour or hit between that and the 18mg strength.
It does not have any distinct flavour but is very satisfying, if you have a screwdriver definately give it a go, not tried it in any other device.
The occasional sweetness I have noticed also, seems to be equipment related, if my batteries are getting low or atomiser is not 100% thats when then I notice it.

Hilton18mg Yes I am a glutton for punishment.
I had to give it a chance in the screwdriver No change for me it`s still minging.

Roast Smoke
This was out of stock for months but finally it is back.
I ordered 11mg and while I still love the flavour it has absolutely no hit.
Have been popping a drop or 2 of Bulldog in the cart with it to pep it up.

555 11mg
Nice surprise prickly and good hit .
Went to order more and it has been removed from the site ???.

Coffee 24mg
This one definately did not do it for me .
Raw cake mix flavour, I guess Cappuccino would describe it also.
I like mine strong and black it bares no resembelance to what I am looking for.
Tried to strengthen the flavour with Lorann and that was just as vile.
Gave it away.
If you like milky coffee I guess you will like it.

Cigar 18mg
This in the screwdriver was harsh and rasping like vaping broken glass .

Riskee Yuice has pretty much been my stable juice for months now. Although the flavour has changed because I have dropped my nic from 36 to 18 over that time.

But boy o boy this is a nice juice for a Marlboro cigarette smoker. The inhale is spice and a little tingly on the tongue with a hint of fruit cocktail. Just as you are about to inhale you are surprised by a nice tobacco flavour that is satisfying without being over powering. Next comes the throat and lung hit, a most pleasing affair that I will attest to with great affection. For me this bit is just like a real ciggie, and it has been a sinificant ingrediant in analogue abstinence, and for that I am grateful. Holding her in for just a couple of seconds ellicits a delightful nicotine rush that cranks my engine on the drive to work in preperation for the day ahead.

Its not for the smooth tasters out there but for a guy that used to love smoking 20 Marlboro reds a day, it serves me well.

Im afraid i have only ever vaped 2 juices so far but one of them is e-cigs cigar 2.4 and out the 2 it is my favourite, not that it means much lol. Still i can't get enough of it vaping too much of it if i am honest, since i got this hardly even touched my other juice. Cannot explain flavours very well but i certainly detect some type of nut in there very tasty
