:cool:04 of january 2010, ordered my starting kit, cartriges, etc. from Smoking everywhere.com, via telephone. Visa charged as jan. 04 and 05. Operator told me 5 days shipping because I live in Canada. Its all good.
After about 2 weks I phoned back, unable to talk to anyone.I send them 2 or 3 emails , with no response. No package.
After 3 weeks got to talk with a operator that ask me about my zip code.... I told her that we do not have zip codes ,we have postal codes...
She told me that she cant help me if I dont have a zip code..
However, I got a claim number!!! Eureka!!! But no package.
To this day I dont know what happend to my purchase, where is it ,or if ever shipped. So I keep on smoking. Not everywhere!!
Thank you!!

Sebica...Sorry about your bad experience with PV's so far. :(
At this point, I would keep pressing SE for a refund (or shipment), but in the meantime take the $ that is slated for your next carton of smokes and order a decent model from one of the suppliers listed on the forum. You can get a good 510, or KR-808 kit for under 50 bucks and you should have it within a week.

Don't give up just because of one bad experience. (with a questionable company)

Sebica, I agree with the above two posts. But don't wait for a refund. SE has a terrible reputation for products and service. Use this forum to find a good vendor (Rocky Mountain Vapor, Cignot, V4L, etc.) and order a good, cheap e-cig.

I'm sorry your first venture into e-cigs has been so rotten. Good luck!

:)Thanks guys,I fell much better know!! I actually ordered a 510 starter kit/liquid from Totally Wicked (UK), I got a track number, and 2 emails with thanks for buying from them, they sems serious outfit. I hope this works because I really have to stop smoking cigarttes (medical...).
Again Thank you!!

MUCH better choice! You will like this one, and TW is a very good company. I buy my attys and batts in bulk when they have sales. Excellent products (if normally a bit expensive, but look for 30% off sales), and excellent service. Had one box of batts come but they were the wrong kind, no problems, just exchanged them. Can't say what shipping will be like from across the pond, but within the US their US site is very fast.

As for SE, make their lives miserable until they surrender! They have continued to play dirty in this game from the beginning. Endless stories of ripped off customers, and now because of a US fed ruling, they may be one of the only companies the FDA is not allowed to seize shipments of from China. Your postal code should be a non-issue, but they play games to get you to give up. Don't. I don't know the Canadian organization, but perhaps there is something like the Better-Business Bureau you could threaten to report them to, or something along those lines. And yes, contact your CC and try to get payment stopped. This stuff really gets under my skin. :-x

Good luck! You'll be vaping happily soon, I'm sure.

i hear you. my first ecig buy was thru a mall kiosk before i knew all this other stuff and options were out there. I got waaaaaay overcharged for the kit, and the kit only included one e cig, usb chgr and 4 carts, and i paid 89.00. then that was it, no instructions, or maintenence, or any other options at all, cut and dry, this is all you can get. oh, and when my carts run out, i have to go back to the mall and pay 20 dollars for 10 carts that taste like crap. uuuggghh. im still using it, cause i paid for it, and cant afford to but another kit now, even though i want to reeeallly badly, id like to fill my own carts with all the cool flavors out there. its like mad science. but i guess that will have to wait. as for your crappy experience, i would tell you credit card it was a fraudulent charge and keep pestering them untill they refund your money, send the crap back if you ever get it. when i can save up some dough, my next purchase will probably be from vapor4life, ive seen a lot of good things said about them on here. god bless this forum. wish i knew about this industry before i blew my 90, plus the 100 ive spent on the carts that suck. i dont think were the only ones whove made these mistakes.

Same thing happened to me with them last year.
They are AWFUL!... and have no clue as to what they're doing.

LevelCigs, also, will not answer phones, return calls, or answer any e-mails.

Cignot is amazingly fast! Fantastic customer service. Vapor Kings, too.
I'm debating whose model give me a better vape.

But, again, for anyone looking...STAY AWAY form SmokingEverywhere! Awful!

I'm glad you got things moving there Seb and I hope you manage to get your funds back. I've also heard not so great things anout SE's customer service :(
However, and I feel I have to say this in the interests of fairness..
Without SE I wouldn't have discovered PVs at ALL. I saw their infomercial while on holiday in Vegas and a mall stall (which I didn't buy from) which piqued my interest.
Without SE taking on the FDA in court there would be no current ruling.
Their basic PV unit isn't that bad either, just overpriced and quite terrible carts and customer service. Honestly it makes me want to shake them; if they got their act together and played nice they could JOIN the PV community instead of being a pariah.
When I look at the suppliers HERE, listed on ECF, and how most of them bend over backwards to provide a good experience, and how different that is from a company that markets itself as the #1 I just want to beat them over the head with an empty cartomizer to show them what good cs would have got them: profits and a nice revenue flow.

/sigh

I do agree that it was them who made me aware of all of this.
I did eventually get the product I ordered from them last year, but, yeah, their prices are outrageous... and customer service is horrid!

I didn't like their product at all!

Happy me, I got yesterday my kit from TW. Those guys are awesome. My new 510 Titan works perfect. Liquid is absolutely excellent!! I wanna thanks all the members that have been part of this thread, you were helpful and supportive. Since yesterday, I only had 5 analogs, and I'm vaping right now.
TOTALLY WICKED ARE AWESOME!!!!
Thank You. This is my 2 cents comment. Can't wait to try other flavours.:)
