Never ever buy anything from Smoking Everywhere it is not real company. They are selling broking kits and if you want to exchange , they will charge you fees again even you did not passed 30 days trial. You will never get any refund back. I’m dealing with this company almost 7 month. I return my not working kit and cartridges , but never get anything back, no money no new kit. Customer support do not response emails and if you call that they do not know anything. Manages will not talk to you also. Any time you ask for manager representative will tell you that manager on a break now. Basically you have no one to talk with or ask questions.
I paid $123.00 7 month ago and have nothing.
I’m preparing a letter to FTC organization that they can investigate the company. Also, I want to get my money or new kit back, that looks like needs to be low case. If you had the same experience like me with Smoking Everywhere company, send me email to twinssam@hotmail.com

Maybe not the best, but still a company. I don´t like that the boxes aren´t sealed. Could indicate to customers that they put in already used stuff, maybe demo-ex. And it is Hard to get in contact with them but not impossible. I had to wright many angry e-mails before I got any answer. They have also phoned me up about my problems which was not related to the e-cigarette, but for shipping problems beacuse I live in Sweden.

I´ve been smoking my cigarettes (with one atomizer) for four month now without problems. Sometimes you have to fool the cigarette by sucking harder once or twice when it don´t give you any smoke, but otherwise I like it. And the product is solid made and give a first class impression (E-Gold edition).

My ordering problems was solved at last, and to make up for the inconvinience they also put in one extra cigarette, one extra atomizer, and three extra boxes of cartridges. They new ones also works properly.

So there are some positive and some negative views, and it suprises me, that the company don´t take better care of the customers beacuse they have such a good product (best awards 2008) and should be able to do a lot more to get theirs e-cigarette into a success.

I like it but for me the problem is the shipping costs. Way to high to Sweden for a few extra (not heavy) boxes. $50 !!!

Note: When you shift cartridges you can sometimes drag some liquid into the old one from the new ones plastic lock (drops) and get a few extra smokes on the old one again. Quite many actually.

A friend of mine got a SE Gold cig a while ago and successfully quit smoking and he offered to sell it to me for 50 bucks with a bunch of extras. I usually smoke a pack a day of american spirit menthol full flavor. After a week of having this e-cig I have only had 10 cigs. Part of that is because i was waiting to get more carts from SE.

While waiting i checked out this thread and got some really good info. Such as smoking everywhere has really lousy service which I also got a taste of first hand.It took them about a week to ship carts from Miami to Tampa and charged me 8 bucks via ups to ship it - they shipped it usps.

Also I ordered some e-juice from totally wicked, which got to me the same day the se carts did-great service SE. Also SE has really weak carts that run out super quick. Another thing I learned from this thread is filling your own carts is way better.

Long story short I like my se gold e-cig. And as much as every one complains about it I dont think its really all that bad. And I didnt over-pay which is a plus.

One thing I wanted to know, is it bad/harmful if you get a little of the ejuice in your mouth? Im sure im not the first.

Also I see alot of people on other threads talking about burning out thier attys. Has anyone burned out there SE atty? Where should I get a new one if I do burn mine out?

Thanks to everyone posting on here especially blue knight & jim davis- lots of quality info.

A month after cancelling the order for smokingeverwhere product (and after recieving phone and e-mail confirmation that order was cancelled) I recieved the order anyway and my card was charged. These people have totally ignored my attempted contacts regarding this. I have returned the package to them which they recieved over a week ago and still no credit to my card. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attoney Generals office in this matter. I believe the whole thing is a scam. BEWARE!!!

Trust me, when you try a better brand and model, you will be amazed at the difference. The right model for you changes everything. You may THINK you're satisfied, but when you try one you really like, you won't even be able to imagine how you put up with the SE gold.

One thing I wanted to know, is it bad/harmful if you get a little of the ejuice in your mouth? Im sure im not the first.
Not harmful, really, but it can lead you to overdosing easily. IE, that little burst of liquid is a much more concentrated dose than what you get in the vapor. A little "spit" or three and my ears start ringing, followed by hiccups, the first signs for me that I'm overdoing the nicotine level. Not to mention, it tastes like crap. ;)

It happens occasionally with every model, but if it is happening often, that's part of what I mean when I say a better brand will really improve your enjoyment.
If you are using a refillable cartridge, you can reduce this problem by keeping the sides of the cartridge and inside of the mouthpiece dry by wiping them off every time you top off or change carts.

But with a poor quality model, like SE, the real problem is that it's not vaporizing efficiently enough, or passing liquid too quickly from cart to atomizer, and some of the liquid is being just sucked up.

Also I see alot of people on other threads talking about burning out thier attys. Has anyone burned out there SE atty? Where should I get a new one if I do burn mine out?

All atomizers burn up eventually. Typical lifespan is 2-3 weeks, but some burn out faster (relatively few with good models), while some last months or even seem immortal (rare, but it does happen).

Yeah, I never kept up with building a database of complaints like I once intended, but I have gotten a steady trickle of reports. One in maybe a couple dozen have been positive, like Omitshod, but the vast majority of experiences have been like yours, right down to the so-called money back guarantee.

This is undoubtedly the WORST company in the game, which makes it so frustrating that they have the majority of the brick and mortar retail market via their omni-present mall kiosks. AND that they have been essentially leading the charge on fighting the FDA through the legal system. :-x

Yes, I already have that adress, but thanks anyway. Here in Sweden everything is very regulated, and they don´t think that we can do our on thinking so that´s why the 0 nicotine ?! But it´s ok to smoke normal cigarettes and to snuff (if you know what that is)!!! I´m snuffing also so I don´t need the e-cigarettes for the nicotine, only for pleasure.

At the moment I have a lot of cartridges, but when they are finnished I´ll maybe try the Swedish site. They also have refill liquids, so maybe I take that. Have a Lot of empty cartridges to fill.

I have had nothing but problems with SE. One battery died within a week of purchase and I order 2 attys to the tune of I think almost $40. All were ordered from Amazon. The attys specifically said they were for my model..they were not. I called SE and was told to send all three things back, which I did with copies of invoices, copy of Amazon ad that said the attys were for my model. That was on Aug. 14...I have the mail receipt right here. They have never responded and don't answer my calls. Hmmmmmm...I wouldn't waste my money.

My new starter kit, right off the bat the catridges leaked and also leaked from the two air vents on the sides. I ordered from the site what I thought was a case and instead rec'd a atomizer. They finally sent me a case and I rec'd a second case. I am a honest person and returned the extra case along with sending back my e-cig for them to fix. Now they say they do not have my e-cig. Their customer service is HORRID. I, in one day, was put on hold 11 times, my call disconnected "accidentally" 6 times, talked to 5 different reps. before 1 was able to sort of help me, told 5 different stories of where my package was and what they rec'd in it and treated and talked to in the most rude and insulting manner. Does this company understand customer service? Now I am without my e-cig and I am going to have to purchase a new one. I was on the phone from 10:30 am till 2:12pm all in one day and only got a head ache and no answers. They do not have a return policy/procedure for returning defective merchandise. I was told to just return it with a letter of explanation and my contact info and address. Now I am Out Of Luck. Does anyone have any recommendations for a E-Cig that works and a company with great customer service as well as variety of flavors of cartridges.

this noob has quicky question about smoke everywhere ecig?

How many drops does it take ya'll to refill a used cart ? i put to much and yucko lol

all in my mouth lips, icky..

should i refill until the top of cart glistens? with out seeing any bubble?

3 or 4 drops?

your answers would help me greatly...

You want it to where the polyfil is saturated but not bubbling. Depending on how drained the cart is 3 drops should be good.

Just started vaping and picked up the E-cig from Smokingeveywhere.com seems to be holding up pretty good. Any one else have this e-cig?

Well I had it. Unfortunately I fell victim to them as well. On the bright side it will give you a vague idea as to what the potential of vaping can be and like me has clearly led you to this site. So....congratulations for that!!! Bad side is that once you get a REAL pv you will soon either be throwing the dang thing away or giving it to someone else with a detailed warning that it is simply a taste of what's to come!! (I gave mine away to a friend with that warning and after receiving his 510 he fully agrees!!! And has since quit smoking all together as easily as I have.)

Incidentally despite my calling them and receiving what I was told was the one time sale price of $49.99 (as opposed to the $14.99 trial with $99.99 at the 14 day mark!)for my SE brand they charged my debit card $18.99 last Friday! I have received nothing further from them and signed up for absolutely NOTHING! They will be getting a harsh call from me tomorrow with a demand to refund that money! As stated in earlier posts I find it sickening that SE is one of the brands tested by the FDA and is representing all of us in the fight!!!

Incidentally to any newbie reading this you can go to a reputable source such as cignot.com and get a quality, and highly recommended, PV (Joye 510) with all the same accessories as you would get with the SE kit for $35.00!!! In fact you get two with the kit and from the moment you receive it the difference will blow your mind (will also tick you off that you got scammed by SE)!!!

Side note: The time on my signature does not reflect the two weeks prior in which I had the SE brand as I don't even consider that as time spent being a vaper!

I'm sorry to hear that :(. I myself *HATED* my smoking everywhere ecig. Used it for a whole whopping 2 days before I said to heck with it. You might want to try a Joye 510. The battery life can suck depending on how much you smoke but they do charge pretty quick. Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. sells unboxed kits for $35 which is pretty dang good. Thats the only one I can vouch for ATM (wife put a stop to my crazy e-cig spending! :D). Good luck though. Best advice I can give is to not give up and find your niche.
