I wish I would have found this forum
before I impulsively decided to buy my smoking everywhere gold starter kit. I was too impatient to order a smoke51 kit that a friend of mine recommended, so I searched everywhere in town until I found someone who had this seemingly elusive e-cig that everyone was telling me about.
So I bought the starter kit and went home to charge up and try it out. First couple drags were decent, but I was having issues with the batteries. Turns out that both of my batteries enabled the self-cleaning safety feature and were dead after my second day using them. Additionally, the carts weren't lasting long at all...no where near the two pack per cart the vendor had stated! It was more like one analog per cart for me!
When I called the company they were willing to replace the defective batteries for $15 which they said was to cover shipping. Having already spent $100 just two days earlier I was extremely skeptical, pitched somewhat of a
polite fit which got me "disconnected" from the "customer service" agent. When I called back, the same agent then proceeded to send me to someone's voicemail 3 times before I was able to get in touch with someone who would eventually agree to send me a box of carts for "free". The replacement batteries came in just a few days later and I have been much more satisfied since. My initial experience with customer service was frustrating to say the least, though I will say they are eager to give hefty discount or throw in free carts if you pitch a little bit of a fit
Now that I am actively reading posts on the forum I am anxious to order a better vaping apparatus yet unlike my first investment, I will be taking my time and making an educated purchase this time!
