Smoking Everywhere

Seems as if many users here are having problems with their Smoking Everywhere 2.0 e-cigs.

That particular model has been an issue for many for quite some time.

I reccommend to everyone to go back to the mall and exchange them for the GOLD edition. The Gold edition has gold lettering on the box and the atomizer's wick is not exposed like the 2.0 models.

The batteries are better and you do get a throat hit, vapor and flavor from the new models.

The 2.0 is a KR-Something, but the new models are RN4081.

If the mall is giving you a hard time, then go to the website or call these guys up in florida and tell them that you want an exchange. The atomizers and batteries have a 1 year warranty. The good part is that they don't even ask you for a copy of the reciept and honors the warranty with no questions asked.

Folks, if you get into the habit of ditching every e-cig you don't like, you'll end up in a matter of months owning 5-10 different models having spent alot of money. Trust me, I know and since last December when I started this journey, I learned alot of hard and expensive lessons.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I have the GOLD edition and it is performing like a champ. You just have to know how to get the most out of them. As far as the 2.0 models...Exchange them.

Exactly why I'm sticking with my RN4081 (NPro). I might have made a different first choice if I'd done more research, but I'm happy with the RN4081 and would rather spend my money on extra atomizers and batteries and liquid for what I already have.

For all those that are owners of the Smoking Everywhere GOLD edition (3.0), aka RN4081, read this thread to learn how you can get the most of your e-cig and not feel to bad about having wasted and/or spent to much money on it.

How do you know if you have the GOLD edtion? Well for starters, the lettering on your box is gold colored.

2nd, the atomizer is not exposed like the previous versions.

I have been vaping my Smoking Everywhere Gold e-cig since december of last year. I have gotten over the fact that I was ripped off and am happily vaping with it. You just have to figure out how to make it work for you. Hence, the link above.

I also have a DSE901, Eaze Magnum, Vapor King, KissBox etc and believe it or not, I use the SE Gold Most of the time. Why? Because I enjoy it.

With the right combo of juice, battery and whether or not you drip or refill does make a difference with this model e-cig.

I use the PeeWee atomizers with the SE batteries which I have found are better than the PeeWee batteries.

Just go to the thread and see for yourself.

Hi there !! I hope that I am "posting" this reply in the right spot by using the "reply to quote" button/link.

I am new to this forum - - this is my first time posting anything.

First - I would like to thank the user Blue Knight for this post and his very Helpful information on the Smoking Everywhere GOLD unit !! It is helping me to continue learning how to use this E-cig to its best ability - -because the SmokingEverywhere distributors & even the Company itself (when you call the 800#) provide A LOT of false information on their products !! They do have a lot of false adverstising issues and they should at least be held responsible for that !!

I too purchased my E-cig from a Kiosk in a local mall - last week. I didn't even know at the time I purchased it - that there were forums and all differerent products of this type out there!

The price of the E-Cig from Smoking Everywhere is absolutely ridiculous - but like "others out there" I paid it also.

A BIG part of their problem - is that they are lying to people about how long the cartridges last & they do not take any time to explain to you - that you have to learn to use the E-Cig. They also lie about the length of the battery life.

So, after purchasing the product - the first 24-48 hours I had a hard time - mostly because I was misinformed from the beginning. The cartridges were only lasting me maybe the equivalent to 5 regular cigs - if I was lucky. Therefore, I naturally thought my product was "defective." Also, the battery life was lasting about 3-4 hours - so to me - it was definately defective.

I went back to the Kiosk 2 days later and the guy was very rude. He did not want to hear about the issues/problems I was having. He wanted me out of there because of other customers being around - so he abruptly gave me a whole new unit and asked me to leave. I even said to him - "you don't have to be so rude, I wasn't nasty to you - at all !!" His reply to me was - "well you have a new unit."

As I was walking away - another customer of theirs told me - that she overheard me talking with him - and she recommended to me that I do not leave the atomizer attached to the battery - when I was not using the E-cig. She said that the battery will last longer - if I do not leave it attached when not in use.

She also informed me that her cartridges do not last that long either - that she was going through 3 - 5 per day. It made me think at that point - that my product was probably NOT defective at all - that it was not working like they told me it would because they were not telling the Truth about the product they are selling.

So with all that said, I went home and have been using the new product they replaced for me for the past 6 days mostly with the same issues.

The cartridges do not last any longer. The battery issue is better (about 6-8 hours) probably only because I took that womans advice and I now detach it when not in use.

Now realizing that this is going to be quite expensive if I keep up this way going through 3-5 cartridges per day - as opposed to the 1 per day that I was told when I purchased this product - I started doing some research Online and found this very helpful forum.

Also - by reading this forum - I learned that some cartridges are no good - instead of thinking I was crazy - I learned that this is just a fact of the business.

I have also learned that I can re-fill the cartridges myself and I am waiting for my order to come in so that I can do it myself and make this more cost effective for me!!

I was determined to make this work for me. I have NOT even had one real cigarette since I started this last week, so for that I am not only proud of myself - but - I have to thank SmokingEverywhere for that - since it was the only product I knew about at that time and it is the product that has helped me to be tar free/smoke free for over 1 week !!

IF - I knew all the information that I know now - before I ran out and bought the Smoking Everywhere from the kiosk in the mall - I probably would have bought the 901 from online (I think that is the one I read good things about).

I am considering purchasing that one - so that I have a spare/back-up unit. It is a good thing to have anyway - since the unit I have only has 1 atomizer and the SE replacements are very expensive as well.

I don't want to have a lot of different units - as it can become quite expensive to do that - and it defeats the purpose of saving the money while doing this too !!

I am sure I will be back on this forum many times especially to find out how to fill my own cartridges. I want to make sure that I do it correctly.

So, the end result in all of this for me - - The Smoking Anywhere Gold Edition IS working BUT it does not work the way the Distributors tell you it will work. Therefore, you will "think" it is defective, but it is not defective.
It is just the way the product operates.

If Smoking Everywhere would just be Honest with their customers - they would probably be able to Avoid a lot of their negative comments - but then again - if they told you the "truth" - - would you (or we) have spent the $139 or MORE that we spent !! ??

Sorry this post is soooo long .... but maybe .... it will also help somebody out there.

All of your posts are helping me to learn this whole new concept - and for that - I really appreciate it !!

Have a great day !!

I´m one of the few in Sweden who knows about and smoke E-cigarette. Bought it from Smoking Everywherer in Sawgrass Mills Mall in may. No problem there. Smoked it (Gold Edition) for two month now. The battery last for around 20 hours and the cartridges for about 10-15 cigarettes. The manual says "less than 20 cigarettes". So I´m satisfied.

So, I´m a happy customer = NO !

I ordered some more cartridges from SE, and they missplaced an order going to soldiers in Iraq and send it to me instead ? That was a big order that costed me $140 to get out of the post office and deliver to the US soldiers in Iraq. We are in mailcontact nowadays, and they are happy.

But I still haven´t got my order for $130 and the biggest problem is:
The support don´t responds on all e-mail I send to them about this issue ?? What to do ? Sue them ? They have really lost my confident and I´ve heard several others expieriences the same problem. I don´t understand, that when you have such a good (yes it´s expensive though) product, that they don´t take care of the Brandmark. Many people have already left them for different problems, and I want talk good about them if they don´t solve this quickly. Doesn´t looks like that at this moment!!

So for now I spent $270 for Nothing !

Yes I will do a reclamation (charge back) for my VISA I used. But I still loose the $140 I paid for the order they missdelivered :(

OK... so my wife came home last week with the White Cloud Cirrus (from a retail Mall POS)... and i'm thinking this is the same unit as the smokeeverywhere just rebranded. any know if this is true or not. I've search'd through the forums and really can't find any referances to the White Cloud. btw, anyone know anything about these or the carts?

Thanks for you time, and hello to all as you can see i'm new.

Your SE Gold is a model RN4081. It's a great little mini. There are parts available inexpensively from 4081 suppliers, and they now have extended cartridges available. They're bigger, and require filling less frequently.

Follow the link in my sig, to go to the RN4081 Forum. It's small right now, but has a lot of useful information about use, parts, and supplies.

Cheers;

I´m not shure hat you mean about "mini" ? This is a Big one. Is mini like a fashion word in US ? I´m from Sweden, so I doný know all yours expressions.

In the US, the word "mini" is short for miniature. Small. The mini's are the smallest of the e-cigs.

This is the thread that I made my first post in desperation to find answers for a very bad e-cig purchase....now 15,992 views ..92 posts
I have an update for the immortal thread..The kiosk where I purchased the smokingeverywhere brand e-cig and got ripped off at our local mall is closed, they are gone gone gone no longer selling their inferior product to the masses..

Enough said....:D

Well, I guess I can join the ... uhh.. suckers? I first came acquainted with an e-cig last night at .. surprise! ... a mall kiosk. Ended up buying one for $150. The SE Gold. They actually let me try it at the all and it seemed like it could work well in helping me cut down and/or stop smoking completely. I haven't opened it or tried it, and, of course, my receipt is stamped "No Refunds". It seems like there are mixed reviews on here (but mostly negative). Fortunately, I bought this with a gift card mostly, except they got me for a couple extra boxes of cartridges and a case.

IF this can help me cut down on smoking (the general idea of it) then I won't be too upset since i did use a gift card. I was a little irritated that you can buy these SE Gold starter kits on Amazon for like $60 but, hindsight is 20-20.

I won't hesitate to exchange things that dont work so I just have to wait and see, I guess, BUT, if this DOES work, I don't mind buying a better one from a different company to accomplish the same goals. Like another poster said, if all SE does is get me for $150 to switch me to e-cigs, than it will be worth if for my health and pocketbook so I cant fault them for that.

I'm a little nervous about the SE Gold. - battery length, cartridge lasting, well.. and just not working at all, I guess. My concerns lie more with the "will the e-cig idea do what I want it to - namely decrease my smoking and/or get me off regular cigs completely".

Thought I'd pop in and say hi. I hope the e-cig idea works for me. However, based on these forums, if the SE Gold even helps a little, I will know not to give up on e-cigs, but to try a different RECOMENDED model instead.

Now I have to research refilling carts on my own...etc. :)

Your SE Gold is actually a good little e-cig. Yes, you paid a bit much for it, but that's past now. Your SE Gold is a model RN4081, and parts are relatively cheap for it. Extra large cartridges are now available for it too.

If you plan on vaping normally, it's very good. If you are going to vape heavy, and almost constantly, you'll need a heaver type. There is a Forum here on ECF that is dedicated to the RN4081 and its users. The link is in my sig, below, if you want more information and help with your new toy.

Thanks for the reply. I smoke 1-1/2 packs a day currently. HOWEVER, I work at a home office and tend to light a cigarette, take a few drags and then set it in the ashtray while Im working. I guess what Im saying is that I smoke that much mainly because Im going through so many cigarettes, not necessarily because I'm that heavy of a smoker. Thanks for the link to the forum, I'm sure I'll be a visitor, especially if "vaping" works for me and gets me off analog (see, I actually do read the posts..Im a quick learner..LOL) . Im hoping that I become a raving fan of e-cigs. I hate the smell of cigs on me and the way that cigarettes control me. The idea of smoking, in general, and the nicotine keeps me smoking. I hate interrupting my day to run to the store to buy more cigs. Anyways, this product (whether the SE is the answer for me or not) seems to get rid of all the things I DON'T like about cigarettes while keeping the things I do. Anyways, off to troll the other forum.

Reading over these posts and other threads about the rn4081 and SmokingEverywhere (SE), the biggest complaint about this model is that a lot of folks got hugely "ripped off" in the pricing by buying at a kiosk. After almost a couple weeks at this and using parts from the the SE Gold and NJoy NPro models interchangeably, I'm very very happy with it. I bought from online vendors and thus avoided the kiosk double-price. I think that if you can come by the rn4081 by other means, you'll be perfectly satisfied, especially once you get the hang of dripping and stuffing your own carts. I only drip into the carts and do not drip directly on the atty for fear of "drowning" the battery or burning out the atty (as I did after attempting to do this).

hey guys, new to the forum. i bought the smoking everywhere gold back in april and had nothing but problems with it, it worked fine when i bought but when i got home it typically works for one drag then no more vapor after that. sometimes taking the atomizer out and blowing through it to dry it perhaps seemed to get an extra drag out of it. i got the battery swapped, the atomizer swap, then both swapped simultaneously a few days, and the same issue with the new one. what am i doing wrong here? when i got the new one i used it like 10 times in a row at the mall! and it also is convinced that it's charged. is this the safety feature? do they ever come in sealed boxes or are they always already open?

Not sure of the question--but yes it should come in a sealed box if you bought a starter kit. Possibly your atomizer is not working properly. You have a warranty from SE, so I would call them to arrange return of the attomizer and battery maybe for a new set. No reason to waste money even if you elect to move to a different product. One note here too--if you drew upon the ecig for too long when there was no or not enough juice in the cartridge you may have blown the attomizer early on and didn't realize it. They seem touchy that way.

Sometimes convenience comes at a price. I recently traveled and because I had cut down to 0 nic decided not to hassle with TSA and not bring my e-cig. That was a mistake, made it the first week but by the weekend I needed my fix. The only place I knew I could get one was to run to the mall and shell out $150 for a Smoke-51 (which are good little e-cigs). I got my fix, and a new spare, and made it through the rest of the week.
