I was told that a smokingeverywhere kiosk had set up shop in the mall here, so I checked it out today. Lo and behold, they were there with lots of people asking questions and some even throwing down money, even with the ridiculous price tag. The looked like some pretty sketchy characters, too, and I was amazed at the garbage they were telling people. He told me the batteries last 10 hours! I almost laughed. Then he went on and talked about how much safer it is. I called him out on this, mentioning that there have been no studies to show the long-term effects. He attempted to say how safe propylene glycol is, which I agreed, but replied that no studies have been done about the effects of inhaling propylene glycol in VAPOR form. He agreed and it shut him up pretty quickly. But, he was assured that the battery lasted 10 hours. He also tried to say that their model of e-cig is made by a manufacturer called "smoking everywhere," which I debunked pretty quickly.

So, this is where e-cigs are heading for mainstream culture? If there is one, God save us all.

EDIT: I almost forgot how bad malls are. Maybe the daft people that frequent them deserve this kind of rubbish.

Hey Drew, so how did it go with your return of your smoking everywhere brand e-cig? Oops should I say forced exchange .Don't worry about confrontation because if you ask for a full refund the salesman will point to a little tiny sign that was slightly hidden and he never mentioned at the time of the sale, and call security to get you out of there fast...In my case the security men were very polite LOL...We had the discussion about how every company should stand behind their product and if they don't it is not a good company and never buy from someone who says absolutely no returns exchange only policy !!! I learned this lesson to the tune of 80 bucks..Thank goodness the starter promotion in the US is not the full price of well over 100 bucks or I would have been arrested and my hubby would have bailed out his yuppie blonde wife out of jail...LOL
So OK he won and got my money, but now I tell everyone my personal experience. I just hope that this forum will get some attention from the average person new to e-cigs...We need to be informed as a public consumer and compare notes....

Sometimes I have some remorse for the silly mall-goers that buy these at the kiosk, but it pisses me off that now people will give these e-cigs a bad stigma because a bunch of shady crooks took advantage of a great product. Well, maybe not their product, but you know what I mean.

E-cigs are a great product, it will be our future. Tobacco cigs are killing us all . The one thing we all have in common on this forum is our lungs are damaged from smoking and we are all looking for a solution for our addiction..right ? and maybe just maybe e-cigs can help us create a new future. Even if it is a new future of nicotine addiction in a lung cleaner way . I have a new e-cig that works perfectly and hope to be off real smokes soon..

Although the product is incredible itself (went 4 days with no real cigarettes!), I am extremely displeased with the service I've received from Smoking Everywhere. First their product is much more expensive than other companies (i.e. njoy), and that's my own fault. I should have been more patient than impulsive in my buying. But when I purchased this, they informed me that each filter was good for 40-50 cigarettes. I'm a pack a day smoker, and the sales person told me it would last me 2 days. The cartridge lasts me just about a day, if not a little less. Also, the kiosk where I purchased this from is no longer carrying the tobacco flavored filters, and offered to sell me a coffee one instead. So now to refill these, I have to order them online, where standard ground shipping costs an extra 8 dollars. When a pack of cigarettes costs $3.50, or 5 packs for 17.50, this is costing me 50 cents more, per 5 packs as opposed to the "huge savings" I was promised. To top it off, the kiosk where I purchased this from will not allow me to return the item, even after only a week. I called the manufacturers office, and they offered me absolutely no help, stating that they were only able to exchange the product if there was a problem. I feel if I was misinformed, and I'm unable to get the product I was promised locally, the company should allow me to return the product. So please be advised, Smoking Everywhere is more expensive, does not allow returns, and is devious in their approach in selling. I have now switched to njoy, which is half the cost, and you get twice the filters in a pack. Has anyone else had this experience with Smoking Everywhere?

Photomatt, welcome to the forum.:).There are so many people with your same story,( I am one who smoking everywhere took a bite out of also...) and we all found this forum. Every time I see a first post that is a major complaint about a smoking everywhere kiosk purchase I feel their pain.
The people in this forum are great ! Ask questions and some one will all ways try to help.. And you will be glad to know that one person posted that he did get a refund. Keep reading thru the posts..enjoy your njoy

I was the one that got a refund. I am 238 lbs, 6'2", shaved head, heavily tattooed, eat & breath fire, and UGLY as sin. I went and scarred away customers on Thursday night for about 1/2 hour and on Sunday for 20 minutes before I got my money back. I was dissapointed it didn't take longer. LOL!

Funny thing is, the 1st I heard about e-cigs was from Jose Conseco on Howard Stern. SO I decided to go to the website he was advertising, so I did. Only thing was, I thought it was smokeanywhere.com . So after I checked the site out I though it was ok. Well it is, because that site is owned by njoy and is NOT the site he was promoting which is of course the site you are all talking about. lol. So although Jose is what got me looking into the e-cigs, he didn't get me to the horrible site that you all are referring to. LOL

I received Smoking Everywhere as a gift from my best friend to help me quit smoking, it was given to me at a party we attended and needless to say it was the party favor of the night.. surpassing the huka! lol
Started toying with it a bit, and I realized... how much of this should I be smoking? When do I stop? I don't want to take in more nicotine than I normally do, that would defeat the purpose. As I am not looking to substitute smoking.. but to eventually quit. I normally smoke about a pack of Marlboro 100's a day, if that will help :)

Thanks all!

Hi Banshee. If your SmokingEverywhere is the Gold/3.0 version then it's an RN4081. Cartridges (super mini) can be found at Puresmoker, Totally Wicked and Smoke Liberation among others.

Hi there,

I know I'm not on the gold/3.0 verson. I honestly am not sure which one I am. I bought it from a link on amazon. I don't know the way to tell the difference. That and I smoke the "classic" one as well.
