Imagine is Very active in the Smokeless Image Sub Forum:

Smokeless Image

Get your 5 posts and send her a PM or post in their forum.

I have ordered from them in the last two weeks and while the site didn't update saying it had shipped my order did arrive.

They are growing fast and had trouble with a software upgrade; but I think they've got those problems resolved now.

They recently upgraded their server and the new software has had some glitches where it doesn't send out notifications of orders being shipped. From what I have read, they thought they had it fixed, but there are still some issues with it. Most likely, your order was shipped.

They are also going through a big growth spurt at the moment. Imagine has posted that they hired more employees and are training them now. That combined with the fact they they are opening a store in NJ has caused them to be a little behind on answering emails and phone calls as normal. She said everything should be back to normal by the end of the week.

If you go over to their subforum, their are several threads on the issue. Once you get your 5 posts you can also leave a post in the "ask imagine" sticky or PM her. She is very active on the forum and usually on a couple of times a day

i know this sounds stupid but i cant figure out how to pm her

If you are on the computer, along top, under the ECf banner, you will see " private messages". Go there and then hit send message. Her screen name is IMAGINE.

You are probably better off posting in the "ask imagine" thread. I think she sees that before checking pm, at least that's been my experience

Ordered an auto x2 900mah and clearomizer yesterday, excited for my first vape other than a mini...and a blu at that. Had I read this forum a year ago before I started my blu fiasco I would have gone with something else. I now have the premium 100, and it's much better - but even with that just had to send the pcc back because it wasn't charging batts.

Oh...my point was that I haven't received a ship notice from them either, although my order was only yesterday.

You're not the only one. They are a reputable company. You'll eventually get product or your money back but a lot of people are experiencing slow service and response times right now.

You won’t be disappointed. The X2 is a well built PV and Smokeless Image a great company. You’ll really appreciate the MUCH longer battery life, the regulated output and the quality.

I was vaped a Blu Premium 100 before moving on to better things. They’re certainly better than the Blu kit you buy at Walgreens, but not nearly as good as the Volt 78mm let alone their X2. I still like to vape a cigarette sized pv so if you miss that form factor you may want to check out the 78mm Volt. It’s sealed and vapes at 3.6v just like the X2.

You may still find use for your Blu, if not pay it forward and give it to a friend to help another become an ex-smoker…that’s what I did with my Blu.

I also had a blu 100 before upgrading to the x2... What a difference!

The x2 is obviously bigger, but the quality is top notch. Great battery life and cleaner vape. I thought filling the clearomizers would be annoying, but it's soooo simple and quick. That was my first time using ejuice and I can't believe what I've been missing!

I received my 78mm volt today and that too blows the blu out of the water. It's nice to have as a cig sized battery for when I'm out and about.

You'll love both products!

Yes, the Volt 78's are better than the blu's in all respects. Longer battery life, regulated at 3.6 volts for a consistant vape and are sealed so a couple of drops of liquid won't fry them.
