Are you getting a strong peppery taste or spike feeling in the back of your throat? That's the nic. if it's really strong and tastes bad it might be too much for you. If you vape for a while and get that green nauseated feeling like the one you got when you started smoking it's the nic. Lighten up a little. Are you doing mouth to lung hits? or trying to do direct lung hits?hey guys
though i might as well ask here even though ive already started a thread on it. my first ecig arrived today, vaporfi pro L 2, running it at 1.5 ohms and around 3.6v and 18mg juice and the throat hit is a little to strong for me, especially on the exhale, and i get a raspy, kinda itchy, dry throat afterwards, im hoping that this is just the strength of the liquid being too high anf not that vaping is not for me, thought on this ?
its a 50/50 ratio, and nah i havnt got any diy stuff yet, im considering getting some vg tommorrow and mixing it up with that to see if it vapes any smoother

yeah i have extra coil heads, i was a smoker, i smoked about a pack a day for the last two years and a little lighter for the two years before then
yeah its pretty peppery/raspy, mainly while i exhale, ive been doing mouth to lung hits
thats one reason i want to try diy so i can try different nic strengths and vg/pg ratios and find out where exactly my perfect vape is, i cant just duck down to a vape store because theres none here :/First thing I would say, it's the juice
I can't just try a sample hit at a vape shop and know if I personally am going to like that juice. I have to vape at least a half of tank to see how I feel about it.
And the VG / PG, some people bodies don't like PG some don't like VG.
is this for my setup or something similar ? because i feel like with something like the x cube 2 i will have to go as low as 3mg ?

When you get to the subohm or TC thing it's a whole new world. I vape 3 mg and have while posting here vaped like crazy and gotten the green feeling from it. Sub ohm tanks or dripping uses a lot more juice consequently you need a lot less nic.
Oh Yea do NOT use 18mg in the X Cube II
