As for Madvapes - If I lived anywhere close to Madvapes I would apply. I have job references that would blow their mind and they apparently need competent help..
I've had shipping issues with MV but their customer service is good and they actually make an effort to find out the issue and get it resolved quickly. They have been around longer than any other for a reason.
I wouldn't judge them alone based on this particular case.
I have no dog in this fight, I didn't win so take what I say at face value.
Just to offer into the thread my personal apologies.
This problems we've had in this contest are, frankly, my fault - yes, Smok have had trouble sorting out the prizes, but I should have anticipated this and put in place a system for pre-empting this: it's not as if delays in the manufacturing supply chain are unknown.
ECF is going to be running a LOT more competitions going forward, and it's a learning experience for us. I'm putting in place methods for ensuring that prizes are delivered promptly and communications are improved. I also want to go a step further and ensure that any prizes we offer are guaranteed to be high quality and are checked for defects etc before sending out, but this might take a little longer.
In the meantime, please continue to support our competitions - I really want to reward our members with fun and engaging contests, and we've got some awesome plans I can't yet tell you about. Stay tuned

I just want to say I don't think what happened was in your control at all and MadVapes got a mess dumped on them too. Not to be a downer but the packages are coming from North Carolina. At least that is what I was told.

Just got vape mail from Fasttech. A package of Ni coils for the TFV4, a package of Ti coils for the TFV4 and the dual coil RBA. The Ni coils are two coils side by side. The other pic shows the coil compared to the Freemax Starre Pro coil.
