To be clear - I'm resolutely not just "taking a hit" on this. It is my fault, and not that of smok.

I thank those of you who are backing me up, but there's no need - smok did the best they could, I did the best I could. There's no malfeasance whatsoever, just learnings. I'll get better, I'm sure smok will, ECFers will be happier.

I am sure many things are going on behind the scenes and only SMOK, MadVapes and Yourself really know what is happening or happened. From this side of the line though, I see no problems with how this was handled. I guess timing and communication could have been better, but this was not only a large contest for ECF but for the manufacture as well.

Regardless, I did not join ECF for the contests, even though that is where I find myself posting the most. I did join this site for the great deal of vaping information here - everything from legal and health aspects to mod reviews and juice reviews. It's all here.

You have a great forum filled with some amazing people - you should be proud of that. The contest to me are just a bonus and nothing to be ashamed of.

I thank SMOK and MadVapes again for participating in the contest and you SmokeyJoe for not only holding and managing the contest but for the awesome forum filled with literally life changing information.

Just to offer into the thread my personal apologies.

This problems we've had in this contest are, frankly, my fault - yes, Smok have had trouble sorting out the prizes, but I should have anticipated this and put in place a system for pre-empting this: it's not as if delays in the manufacturing supply chain are unknown.

ECF is going to be running a LOT more competitions going forward, and it's a learning experience for us. I'm putting in place methods for ensuring that prizes are delivered promptly and communications are improved. I also want to go a step further and ensure that any prizes we offer are guaranteed to be high quality and are checked for defects etc before sending out, but this might take a little longer.

In the meantime, please continue to support our competitions - I really want to reward our members with fun and engaging contests, and we've got some awesome plans I can't yet tell you about. Stay tuned

Also, if you're reading: many thanks to Madvapes for helping out the fulfilment here. I'm really grateful.

Thanks SmokeyJoe. Things happen in life. And lessons are learned. No Biggie, it is what it is. I am just glad i learned Patience a long time ago. I like ECF for the Info I have learned and the people i have come to know along the way. For me it is, it will come when it comes. I am just grateful for the Bonus of having Contest and a chance at something i would not be able to have otherwise. Thank You so very much for all you do to make this such an enjoyable Community Family that has been a blessing in my life

Actually, even SJ is in the dark as to what Smok is doing, all he could do was send them the winner information and from there it was out of his hands. Again, it's communication issues that made this more difficult than it should have been and I know it will be handled better for future contests.

Everybody obtained his prize already in my country!But for me not!
I wrote the Smok,there is a problem because he did not arrive for me,
but nothing I did not receive an answer,I asked DHL firm,how there is some packet for me,
but from there I received that answer only ,that nothing.....
I write to them every day slowly and only it the answer I receive it,how is not....
and how I shall establish the contact with the firm who sends it.
But how I shall record it with them if do not write????
I ask you help me !!!
