What version firmware are you on? I noticed that when it was on 1.091, the resistance was a little off. However, on 1.092 it is accurate. Besides, if you know that it is off, you can always adjust the resistance since that is one of the settings.

Shawn, try a different user name. That was the first issue I had as well, and after spending over 30 minutes trying to reach a live person at Fedex, they had me do that and I got past that part then.
My Smok Cloud factory arrived. No Scratches looks great, going back to college to get a computer degree so I can learn how to use it. Ugh (I am such a dinosaur). The bluetooth hooked up fine with my phone, but the Smok Smart BEC app is unavailable "Unfortunately, Smart BEC has stopped" for some reason.
I threw the TFV4 (60 watts) on my Sigelei 150 w to vape while I play with the Cube II. I noticed the tank gets way hotter than the Subtanks I was using. Good flavor, can't say it's better yet. Vapor seems to be about the same as the Subtanks, maybe a slight increase...so far. GUZZLES Juice.

A lot of people have issues with the app
Looking on a web site it looks like 1 in 10 can get the app to work. I know my phone android version is good.
Well, I tried a completely different user name instead of a variation, and it did let me in. No notifications, though :-(
I hate to admit this, but I stuck it right into watt mode, I don't have a smart phone and I'm scared to try to hook it up with my computer. I managed to change the button color to jumping though.

Ya, there is too many differences between Android phones from the manufacturers screwing with the os
