The tank is very easy to over fill. When you close the swing top if compresses the white gasket at the top and any juice not "in the tank" will get squeezed out of the sides when swing top is moved in to position.
I don't think I have EVER filled the tank and NOT had leakage but I'm not to worried about it. I just wipe it away and go about my business. I want the tank as full as possible since it is so thirsty. I also try to top it off when juice gets at or below the top slot in the quad coils. I have not ran it below that slot but I figured it might cause the coil to give a dry hit.
Over all I am very pleased with the combo and actually am looking to purchase two more tanks I think - so if anyone doesn't want theirs let me know.

@danjaman Do you used flavored or unflavored 90-95 VG juice, if it's flavored could you tell me where do you get it?
It's flavoured usually.
I mix my own, I buy unflavoured 6mg 100% VG base, and whatever flavours I want at the time, they're usually PG based though.

Actually it won't give dry hits even if there's just a few drops left in the tank! That amazed me because I also thought those slots had to be covered with juice!
