I can't find a US vendor atm

Vivi Nova Mini 2.8ml products, buy Vivi Nova Mini 2.8ml products from alibaba.com

20x4.50=90

gotvapes sold out of 3.5ml I think. they should probably cut buff a check

If ordering from china Id suggest going right thru vision seeing as they developed the nova. Not sure I would trust the many knockoffs on alibaba. Frankly, with the revisions on it ive seen vision is working very hard on these products and moving toward rebuildable/changeable atty systems. Their support of it has been very good.

Id like to see OTHER (hint hint) vendors carry this product besides just GV. I do think they are a good company and Ive noticed the newest products show up there first. However Ive asked about thw higher ohm heads for a few weeks now and they keep saying they will have them... aint seen em yet.

Yes, GV will get the minis first. In my experience GV is the first to get anything from Vision. Seems they have an active relationship in developing products with them. On the surface it appears that way anyways.

The tank is marked 0.50ml - 2.00ml but it will hold a lil bit more.

The marketing leaves me a little confused because my standard vivi has markings on the tank measuring up to 2.8ml, but the tank capacity is at least 3.2 if you filled it.

BTW, Madvapes has vision 5ml colored tank replacement tubes but I haven't found the 5ml vision vivi's yet. Some colors are out of stock so they've got to be out there somewhere.

Since you folks were talking about how well these ver 2.5's were working I thought I would take another go at mine which I got from GotVapes a couple months ago. Well it worked OK but nothing special so today I made a new coil and wicks (4.1 ohm) and worked pretty darn good. I wrap my coils a little looser than original and farther apart, same as I have done with Stardusts , then wicks are trimmed similar to Stardust (touching sides of tank), works great and was real easy to do. I like it now.

How you guys doing with the Vmax and a DiD?

I cant keep my coils running, that current spike the Vmax works with keeps popping them...and when it does work, its with half discharged batteries (current spike lower) then when comes the time to change the batteries...pop.

Looks like they are not meant for each other.

Is the wire melting between post and first or last coil?

Beleive me,that thing spikes!

All my coils work on everything else,Omega,eGo,etc (weak vape) but the Vmax eats them

I don't think there's any question it spikes but I don't completely understand the science behind why it would pop coils on an RBA but not coils on other heads, ie., cartos, clearos, etc. You would think if the vmax is popping coils on an RBA it would do the same on other heads. Perhaps the vmax, due to its pronounced voltage spikes, is simply more sensitive to shorts which are far more probable in an RBA that uses steel mesh, thereby making coil burnouts more likely.

My meshs are always glossy black, its as much oxidizing/prep as can be really,I`ve even tried isolating the bottom tip so it wont touch the inner tank (cant see,so tried that too) and also isolated the coil at the tank entrance hole completely, made sure nothing touches nothing every time, still only a success rate of what...2%.

And when a coil finally last,it gets gunked up pretty fast too (Geoff`s blend).

Anyways, the rest of my svoemesto kit has been ordered today,so this wont be a matter for long.

I still have those rockets tank to enjoy on my Vmax :)

And yeah,I wonder why the other atties dont pop too,it must be something I dont do proper but what, too tight coils on mesh, not tight enoughi dunno...tried it all

No question, can be very fiddly to get right. Even then, the act of moving the atty or screwing it on/off a device or removing/installing the cap, can dislodge the coil/mesh ever so slightly creating another short. Or change the resistance. In my case the most helpful method is to use a toothpick while firing it to make small adjustments to the coil spacing/size/tension. Particularly the tension between coil and posts. It's working pretty good for me. Many others report good results also and have ordered their 4th DID! I'm guessing you'll get it eventually, even on the vmax. I have an SS vmax coming soon and will report if the toned down PWM on the subsequent versions makes it any easier to work with RBA's.

Through all my tinkering and experimenting thus far on the vmax I must say that the 'best' vape I've yet experience with an absolute minimum of muss and fuss, are the 801 Boge Fusions (2.9ohm - single coils) in a DCT. It has become for me the standard by which I compare all others. While the DID does match and even exceed the quality of this vape, I can see how many would simply not be interested in the time, effort and learning curve inherent in the RBA options.

I want to once again thank VAPNJ350 and Freddie for turning me on to these cartos. They're simply fantastic...if you can find them. Not many places stock them.

I've tried many hole configurations as recommended by both Freddie and J and it is apparent that not all hole methods are optimal depending on your juice viscosity. The perfect hole configuration for my somewhat thinner tobacco juice is 3. 2 small ones on the bottom directly opposite each other, one small up top just below the top seal. When I punched a 4th hole in the middle I'd get flooding or excessive gurgling, although the 4 hole setup and/or larger holes is good for my thicker juices. I'm getting an absolutely fantastic vape with this setup and the Fusions have been both consistent and last longer than any other I've tried (Boge, Kanger, ST in both SC, DC, low standard and high resistance). Takes me less than 2min's to punch the carto and fill the tank so this for me gets the nod as to the vape quality/effort equation. I have yet to try the vivi's and E2's.
